We explore different actions such as sitting, walking, going up and down the stairs, rolling in bed, and other functions that over time create pain and discomfort. We re-learn how to move with ease and grace no matter our age. The episodes range from 10 to 50 minutes and are based on the Feldenkrais® Method of Somatic Education, Martial Arts, Meditation, and Mindfulness.
