Welcome to Beyond the Resume. When I kickstarted this project, I didn’t necessarily know the path I wanted to take. I started and stopped more times than I can honestly count. But as time continued, I realized exactly what Beyond the Resume truly was, more so what it is. I realized it was a mirror of my life as I re-aligned my identity – an identity defined by my creator and not by man-made objects. I help professional millennials find fulfillment beyond titles and status by sharing faith and life lessons. I want to teach people how God views them I want to show people how valuable they are I want to show people that their value is beyond a title or profession, but that it is tied to exactly who they are. I want people to understand the power they have within. I want people to dare to be different. I want people to feel so confident they don’t have time to compare themselves to anyone else. - - - - - Who is Patrick Croffie? I am a father, a husband, a son, a friend, a certified life coach, an encourager, a teacher, and above these things – a believer. I want to help you, the listener, to understand your gifts and the purpose God has for you. He has a plan for everyone.
