Sal Assante breaks down the Lindsay Clancy trial and verdict — and why he believes the insanity defense has become a dangerous loophole in the American justice system. From postpartum depression claims and mental health treatment to the burden of proof, Sal argues that letting defendants shift responsibility without stronger standards sets a precedent that undermines accountability. He also connects the case to bigger issues: media narratives that deepen division, propaganda from political leaders, and a justice system that often fails to balance mental health realities with public safety. 🔗 Useful Links:Follow on Substack: https://wethepatriots.substack.com/Watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@wethepatriots/videosFollow Sal on Social Media:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/salassante?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==X.com: @Sal_assante4Timestamps:00:00 Intro02:31 Overview of the Lindsay Clancy trial and verdict04:12 Legal analysis of the insanity defense and its flaws07:08 The burden of proof in insanity cases and proposed reforms12:06 Societal and political implications of the case16:52 Media manipulation and societal division20:16 Systemic issues in mental health and justice24:33 Disillusionment with current political leadership26:29 The importance of critical thinking and awareness

Sal Assante sounds the alarm on the exploding network of Flock cameras turning America into a surveillance state. These license plate readers create a nationwide tracking system that logs your every move — and much of that data is sold to third parties. From constant monitoring to Orwellian data sharing, Sal breaks down the real purpose behind these cameras and what citizens can do about it. He also revisits COVID-19 policies, Fauci’s role, the lab leak theory, and lingering accountability questions. On the domestic front: immigration policies in New Jersey that blur voting lines, election integrity concerns, and the brutal reality of inflation that’s driven up the cost of living over the past five years. 🔗 Useful Links:Follow on Substack: https://wethepatriots.substack.com/Watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@wethepatriotsFollow Sal on Social Media:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/salassante?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==X.com: @Sal_assante4Timestamps:00:00 Intro01:12 Flock cameras and privacy concerns04:33 Media, ethics, and “protecting children” argument08:38 What should be done about the cameras11:00 Fauci hearings and COVID retrospective15:10 New Jersey illegals and voting/driver’s licenses20:51 $20 burrito and cost of living24:04 Inflation, gas prices, and Trump criticism28:18 MAGA, Iran, and nuclear rhetoric33:27 Closing thoughts and outro

Sal Assante delivers raw commentary on the week’s biggest stories. The sudden passing of Senator Lindsey Graham sparks major questions about his replacement and the future of hawkish foreign policy in Washington. Meanwhile, a controversial new bill aims to formally integrate U.S. and Israeli military technology — raising serious concerns about sovereignty, endless wars, and America’s depleting military supplies. Sal also addresses the ongoing Middle East conflicts, the choking Canadian wildfires affecting air quality across the border, and vents his frustrations with the Yankees’ current roster and trade rumors. 🔗 Useful Links:Follow on Substack: https://wethepatriots.substack.com/Watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@wethepatriotsFollow Sal on Social Media:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/salassante?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==X.com: @Sal_assante4Timestamps:00:00 Intro02:12 Lindsey Graham's Death and Political Implications08:02 Depletion of US Military Supplies and Global Risks10:05 US and Israel Formal Military Integration Bill17:47 Canadian Wildfires and Environmental Concerns25:55 Closing Remarks and Yankees Frustration
