This podcast is about being diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 69 and my journey to living a life that is less chaotic and more peaceful. Below are two books that I recommend. There are some things that men do not experience especially when it comes to the number of partners they may have. Women are generally held to a different standard in that area and are met with derogatory labels if they have several partners.
