Let's set intentions for this month! Astrologists say that it'll be a big month for change and growth - intentionality, reinvention, and letting go.

(also - I realized I said moonmemes in the show, but meant moonomens - linked below for your following pleasure)

  • Mini-Sode: Connecting Your Dots
    2023/02/25

Today’s topic is Connecting Your Dots! The theme for me over the last few weeks, especially recently, has been bringing past knowledge from different scenarios into the present moment. And what a perfect lens in which to view our money moves - those career changes. So by dots I mean…not **just** transferable skills - but how can we bring all the skills we’ve built over the years to not just show up for anything or everything we’re doing at the present moment, but bring those skills to play in order to show up as excellently as we can.

  • Interview: Part 2 Morgan Teel - Dance, Enneagram Coaching, Entrepreneurship
    2023/02/07
If you didn’t join us last week, please treat yourself to the first part of her episode, you will thank yourself profusely once you do. If you’re just joining us and don’t have the time to switch back to part 1, just know that Morgan juggles several fulfilling roles - namely that of Artistic Director for the site specific dance nonprofit, Dance Waterloo, she is an enneagram Coach, and is Community and Employee Experience Coordinator at NXP - a semi-conducting company. She has held roles in academic and HR recruiting, has moved around the country a few times, and has landed in ATX where our conversation takes place. Morgan’s brain is packed with wisdom, kindness, and generosity - and she treats everything as an opportunity for growth: socially, financially, and emotionally. • Mini-Sode: Like a Glove or A Kaftan Pt 1
    2023/01/21
How to discover, assess, and determine whether the company is right for you before applying and/or accepting the job. When I initially recorded this mini-sode it ended up the same length as the interview episodes, so let’s break it down into two parts. This first part is an exploration to help you determine what you want out of your workplace. The second part will be about how to determine that your needs list will be matched before you accept a job. Please don't forget to send in your suggestions and comments via our Patreon Account! • Mini-sode #1: Self Care at Work
    2023/01/16

Hi Friends! We're gearing up for a quick mini-sode about crafting and engaging in self care routines at work! No, we don't mean sipping a glass of cabernet when you should be adding final details to that proposal for the stakeholders meeting in 2 hours. For me, it's taking time to walk a coworker down to get coffee for some 1:1 engagement time, and reminding myself that using the restroom can't wait another second, it is - in fact - essential and not a waste of time... How do you take care of yourself during your workday?
