• A recent online auction showcased the splash page to Tales of Suspense #39, featuring the debut of Iron Man by artist Don Heck. That auction finished at nearly $4 million, topping even the first appearance of the Black-Suit Spider-Man.

Released in 2002, the six-issue series was written by Jeph Loeb and illustrated by Tim Sale.
