It looks like the Wizards are adding veterans to help lead their young team and help build a winning culture. Now the Pelicans' make really a bold move in my eyes—pairing Poole with Dejounte Murray (IG:@dejountemurray). Could this new backcourt become one of the best in the league if Poole returns to his Golden State Warriors form? Plus, the Boston Celtics are active in the trade market, sending Jrue Holiday (IG:@jrue_holiday11) to the Portland Trail Blazers for Anfernee Simons (IG:@antsimons) and two future second-round picks. They traded Kristaps Porzingis (IG:@kporzee) and a second-round pick to the Hawks for Georges Niang (IG:@georgesniang) and a second-round pick plus the Nets received Terance Mann (IG:@terance) and the 22nd pick in the 2025 draft. This came off as a money dump from the Celtics who are trying to get out of the second apron and maybe out of the luxury tax. Finally, the Oklahoma City Thunder’s championship run was some special and now the talk is a possible NBA dynasty.
