    In this solo episode, I open up about the importance of caring, especially when it oftentimes feels easier to protect ourselves, shut down, or stay guarded.

    Even though our past experiences or current circumstances might make it feel safer to close our hearts, there is something deeply powerful about choosing to stay open. I believe that caring about people, about your life, and about what matters to you is actually part of the solution. But it requires courage and also vulnerability.

    To make it more tangible, I also walk you through a simple practice to help you get clear on what you truly care about and how to start taking small, aligned action toward those things so you can feel more alive.

    If you've been feeling guarded, disconnected, or unsure of what matters most right now or if your actions even matter at all, my hope is that this episode inspires you to take your power back by coming back into your heart.

  • A Self Love Practice for When You Feel Triggered

    In this solo episode, I open up briefly about a season where I've been feeling a bit heavy, cloudy, and not fully like myself.

    I share how focusing on self love has been helping pull me out of my funk and also a simple but powerful reminder: the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. I share my perspective on self love and how to activate it in the moments when we feel triggered or insecure.

    I also walk you through a simple mirror practice I share with my 1:1 clients that you can use at home to create safety within yourself, build up your own self worth, and give yourself the words and validation you are craving externally.
