In this solo episode, I open up briefly about a season where I've been feeling a bit heavy, cloudy, and not fully like myself.
I share how focusing on self love has been helping pull me out of my funk and also a simple but powerful reminder: the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. I share my perspective on self love and how to activate it in the moments when we feel triggered or insecure.
I also walk you through a simple mirror practice I share with my 1:1 clients that you can use at home to create safety within yourself, build up your own self worth, and give yourself the words and validation you are craving externally.
