Kelly's Bio:

Kelly is a Performance Physiologist at Human Powered Health, a lab where a variety of fitness and wellness assessments are performed to help all people, those just starting out on their wellness journey up to the elites, understand their physiology, and give actionable recommendations on how to improve.

Before working at Human Powered Health, Kelly worked as a weightlifting coach at a private facility. Kelly also has several years of collegiate athletic performance coach experience including the University of Minnesota, University of Kansas and Kentucky Wesleyan College. While working with college athletes, she used force plates and wearable tracking technology.

She earned her masters through A.T. Still University focusing on human performance, and her undergrad through University of Wisconsin Eau Claire while running track and field. She was a 100 meter hurdler and short sprinter. She and her husband Christian live in Minnesota with their son Christian Junior, Kaia, and their dog, Moo Cow.
