Jove Stickel climbed the leadership ladder in education...from teacher and coach to principal. But along the way, he learned a powerful lesson: you can’t effectively lead others if you’ve stopped leading yourself.

At one point, Jove weighed over 600 pounds. His health was suffering, and he had lost himself in serving others. A heart issue became a defining moment. He looked in the mirror and decided it was time to change.

What followed was an incredible journey...1,000+ consecutive days of running, more than 300 pounds lost, and a complete transformation of his habits, health, and leadership.

His journey became the foundation for his forthcoming book and leadership philosophy, WICK:
