    Bingeing can feel confusing, frustrating, and completely out of your control. But what if it’s not random at all? What if it’s actually a response ~ to something you’ve been doing before?


    In this episode, I’m breaking down what’s really going on when you binge, why it keeps happening, and the shift you need to make to get out of the cycle.

    • why bingeing is not a lack of discipline

    • what actually happens in your body when you restrict

    • the real reason you keep ending up back in the same cycle

    • why “starting over” is what keeps you stuck

    Bingeing is not the problem, it’s the response. The way out is not more control ~ it’s changing what you do after the binge.

    • expect the urge and don’t panic about it
