    This episode is a medittaion cultivating the power of presence using the sound of OM.

    This meditation provides a tangible way to deepen your meditation practice

    By utilizing the breath .

    By connecting to the sound of Om

    So many times I hear " I cant meditate or I have too many thoughts during meditation." By focusing on the sound of Om or giving our mind a thing to do we are not distracted but give our mind amd thoghts permission to be in meditation.

    Our mind listens to what we tell it. During meditation you can tell your mind to focus on the breath, the sounds or your body and sometimes images. Many times in meditation you get images, visions or feel deep peace

    At the end of each meditation its recommended to create an I am statement A positive affirmation that is authentic to you.

    maybe write it after

    repetition is important.

    In meditation we go into our subconscious minds awakening the deep divine that moves within each of us. Our authenticity. By merging our conscious with our positive subconscious we can positively influence our presence in the now.

    add the sacred sound of Om with all its beautiful sound freqencies and you create your own sacred space exactly where you are.

    In this episode, we explore a meditation about surrender. What is surrender? This is such a buzz word in the spiritual and mindfullness communities. But what is it really?

    Most times surrender is associated with the pursuit of becoming more spiritual, more awakened.

    In this episode explains

    1 The who or what are we surrendering to? Is it God, Goddess, the divine, our higher purpose our self?


    2 The what. What are we surrendering? Habits, patterns, mindsets, beliefs, ego?


    3 Why. Why are we surrendering? to feel more love,joy abndance safety peace?

    This step, the why can be the most motivating reason to continue the process and integrate into daily living. By remembering the why it becomes a little bit easier for the mind to surrender

  • Slowing down Going within A meditation to quite the mind

    In this episode, a practice to quiet the mind to slow down by connecting to the body the mind and our breath. By giving ourselves permission to slow down and tune into our body our breath we can be present Our bodies are so intelligent and intuitve. When we step into a conscious practice of breathing we naturally slow down. This meditation guides us to our own unique self extracting exactly what we need in this moment. We are intuitive beings and have capacity to connect with the divine with our true nature and the quiet stillness within. Access the depp wisdom within you The practice ends with a affirmation practice. one that is uniquely yours.
