This meditation provides a tangible way to deepen your meditation practice
By utilizing the breath .
By connecting to the sound of Om
So many times I hear " I cant meditate or I have too many thoughts during meditation." By focusing on the sound of Om or giving our mind a thing to do we are not distracted but give our mind amd thoghts permission to be in meditation.
Our mind listens to what we tell it. During meditation you can tell your mind to focus on the breath, the sounds or your body and sometimes images. Many times in meditation you get images, visions or feel deep peace
At the end of each meditation its recommended to create an I am statement A positive affirmation that is authentic to you.

repetition is important.
In meditation we go into our subconscious minds awakening the deep divine that moves within each of us. Our authenticity. By merging our conscious with our positive subconscious we can positively influence our presence in the now.
add the sacred sound of Om with all its beautiful sound freqencies and you create your own sacred space exactly where you are.
