  • Does God Really Care About the Little Things? | Lost Debit Card + 2 Kings 6
    2025/09/29

Ever wonder if God really cares about the small, everyday stuff—like losing your debit card? In this episode, I share a real moment where I said a simple prayer after misplacing my card… and by the end of the day, I had it back.

This got me thinking about 2 Kings 6:1–7, where God makes a lost axe head float—just to help someone out. It's a powerful reminder that no detail is too small for Him.

If you're looking for faith-based encouragement, or wondering how to trust God in the little things, this episode will speak to you. Whether it’s lost keys, lost peace, or lost perspective—God sees it all.

  • You Still Have Time
    2025/09/22

In this weeks episode of the podcast, we dive deep into the powerful truth found in 2 Peter 3:9 — that God is patient and full of mercy. His delay is not denial, but an invitation. You still have time.

Sonya discusses what true repentance really means — not just feeling sorry or making surface-level changes, but a complete transformation of the heart, mind, and behavior. Repentance is turning away from sin and fully turning toward God, aligning with His will and embracing His grace.

No matter your past, God’s patience gives you the opportunity to experience genuine change. Don’t waste the time He’s given.

  • It’s Okay Not To Be Okay
    2025/09/15

In this week’s episode, Sonya dives into a powerful moment from the life of the prophet Elijah. After an incredible victory on Mount Carmel, Elijah finds himself running for his life, filled with fear, doubt, and exhaustion. In 1 Kings 19:3, it says, "Elijah was afraid and ran for his life..." and we see a man of God at his lowest point, feeling overwhelmed and questioning everything. Sound familiar?

Life as a Christian isn’t always easy. It's full of ups and downs, and sometimes it can feel like we’re carrying the weight of the world. But here’s the good news: It’s okay not to be okay. Elijah’s story shows us that even the strongest believers have moments of weakness. Even in those moments when we feel like we're barely holding on, God is right there with us, offering rest, renewal, and the strength to keep going.

So, if you’re struggling today, know that you’re not alone. Being a Christian doesn’t mean you have to have it all together. In fact, it’s in our brokenness that God often meets us most powerfully. Tune in as we talk about Elijah’s journey and challenges of faith.
