  • Grief Or Content?, Why Everyone’s Posting Their Pain”
    2025/06/23

People used to go to therapy, to their elders, their friends, or even just sit in silence.

    Now?

You break up today, and by evening, there’s a “Storytime” or “POV: When he cheated and thought I wouldn’t find out” video with background music and captions.

But here’s the truth, no one’s saying:

    Social media doesn’t heal.

    It entertains.

It exploits your moment, then moves on to the next scandal.

And the algorithm doesn’t care who’s hurting, it only cares who’s trending.

Not every emotion needs an audience.”

Grief is not content. Healing is not a reel.”

Mercy doesn’t trend. But it saves you.”

  • The Cost Of Struggle, People don’t know how expensive it is to be poor
    2025/06/11

They never tell you how expensive it is to be poor.

You don’t just pay with money

    You pay with sleep,

    With silence,

    With sacrifice.

I watched "Straw by Tyler Perry"

    And two lines broke me:

“No matter what you’re going through, someone else is going through worse," and "That people don't know how expensive it is to be poor."

    And it made me wonder…

Why do we always have to downplay our pain

    to feel worthy of healing?

This is for everyone doing their best with so little.

For those who are tired but keep showing up.

I see you. I feel you.

And I pray ease finds you soon.

    Poverty isn’t just about money.

1 .It’s paying more for less.

    2.It’s sacrifice, silence, survival.

3.It’s being blamed for a system you didn’t create.

    4.Its strength that’s rarely celebrated.

To those surviving on hope, I see you.

You are not invisible. Your pain matters.

May ease and dignity find you.

We talk about wealth as if it’s always a reward. But sometimes, poverty is just a circumstance.

Sometimes, people work hard and still have nothing to show for it.

Let’s stop judging what we don’t understand.”

  • Good Night, Bro: Why Can’t Men Say It?
    2025/06/01

A trend went viral: men calling their guy friends to say “Good night.”

The reactions? Awkward. Funny. And… quietly heartbreaking.

In this short reflection, I ask: Why is softness still foreign to men? Why does expressing care feel uncomfortable, even unsafe?

    💡 Key Topics Discussed:

    • Emotional distance in male friendships
    • Cultural expectations around masculinity
    • The shame attached to vulnerability
    • Why softness isn’t weakness

    🗣️ Featured Quote:

“The world doesn’t teach men how to care, only how to conquer.”
