Hello, and welcome to Tripping Towards Healing. My name is Eli, and I'm a clumsy mofo.

And that sort of applies to how this is happening, too. I know, yet another danged podcast, but this is really more about me documenting a lot of the processing that I do when I'm not really feeling up to writing about it. Which, eh, it happens.

Sometimes I get a lot out of just talking things through, and sometimes, a friend is not available for a phone call -- because who likes those anymore anyway? -- or I just don't want to ask someone for a call and have a call. Maybe I just want to talk a little bit.

I often talk to my cats about things, and you might hear them from time to time. Or maybe every time the case of Puffin. Because I'm sitting here at my desk in what you might call my office. But really, it's Puffin's room; I just have a desk here. He allows me to use his room as a co-working space as it were.

But yeah, there's a lot of internal work I do that I get a lot out of by talking about it. And I've heard others say that they've gotten things out of things that I've had to say. And I know that my past self would have benefited a lot from hearing some of the things I would like to discuss. So, in case my past self is listening across the multiverse, or another version of me. Or maybe you, whoever you are or aren't.

You know, I am no professional, but I've done a lot. And where I used to be versus where I'm at now are just incredibly different places. And it wasn't overnight, and it wasn't by accident, even though it was done clumsily. So let's trip towards healing together.

And yes, that is a play on words, but I'll get into that eventually. For legal purposes, anything illegal is a joke.
