May is an interesting month. If you reside in India, you probably understand that most may days here are maydays. Temperatures soar high, causing mayhem and distress. All metal objects and surfaces burn like clay ovens, and air conditioners struggle to any difference.
For the School goers though, May isn’t so bad . In fact, they look forward to it all year long for the annual summer vacation. You can spot them eating popsicles and playing with water sprinklers in the gardens.
Of course you all know all this, and so much more about the month, but how many of you know that May is also the mental awareness month?
So, this may day, I will discuss mental wellness with my guest, Maulik Bawani.
