概要
Welcome to Too Personal: the podcast where we get real about the things we usually keep to ourselves. After years of sharing my life online, I started to feel disconnected from what I was showing the world and what was actually happening behind the scenes. So she decided to get a little more personal. Here, we’ll talk about the ups and downs of career, relationships, sobriety, mental health, body image, money, grief, sex, dating, starting over, and all the big life questions that come with figuring out who you are and what kind of life you actually want. Some episodes will make you laugh. Some might make you cry. And some might get a little too deep. Through honest conversations with interesting women and stories from my own life, Too Personal is a place to step away from the pressure to have it all figured out, hear a different perspective, and remember that there’s more than one way to build a happy, fulfilling life. Because if there’s one thing I have learned, it’s that you can live nine different lives, and you’re allowed to change your mind about the one you’re living.Copyright 2026 Georgia Wellman | Creator & Host 個人的成功 心理学 心理学・心の健康 自己啓発 衛生・健康的な生活

  • Jenna Palek on Her Public Relationship, Redefining Success & What She Wishes She Kept Private
    2026/11/04

#13 Imagine building a career by sharing your life with thousands of people. They celebrate your wins, follow your relationships, watch your business grow, and feel like they've been part of your journey from the beginning. But what happens when the very audience that helped you succeed starts expecting access to everything? For Jenna Palek, that realization has changed how she approaches content, relationships, business, and even success itself. From building a community of women to launching her own fitness app, Jenna has learned that growing an online presence doesn't mean you have to give the internet unlimited access to your personal life. This week on Too Personal, Jenna sits down with Georgia Wellman for an honest conversation about the business behind being a creator, the importance of protecting your privacy, and why the most meaningful success often happens beyond the screen.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Why success shouldn't be measured by views alone.

    • Why sharing your relationship publicly can create expectations that become difficult to reverse.

    • How genuine interaction through comments and DMs helps build loyalty and makes followers feel connected to the person behind the content.
