  • Episode 215 Is ICE using excessive force from a libertarian perspective?
    2026/01/26

    Summary:

The core of libertarianism is property rights, including the rights to life, liberty, and justly acquired possessions. For those libertarians who believe government should exist at all, they must decide what, if any, land the government should control, who truly owns “publicly held” land, and how trespass on publicly held land should be dealt with. This is the essence of immigration policy from a libertarian perspective.

  • Episode 210 What if there are no Epstein clients? with John Ziegler
    2025/11/24

    Summary:

Millions of Americans are invested in the narrative surrounding convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The left believes release of the so-called “Epstein client list” will finally bring down their arch-nemesis, President Trump. The right is split between believing it will expose a vast network of satanic pedophiles controlling world governments or connections to foreign intelligence. But what if there is no Epstein client list because there were not Epstein clients? John Ziegler joins Tom to explain why he believes this is just another case of mass hysteria growing out of a sexual abuse scandal that will likely harm innocent people before it is over.

    Video interview here!

    Guest Bio:

John Ziegler is a podcaster, documentary filmmaker, and political commentator known for his fierce critiques of media bias and institutional narratives. He’s been a conservative talk-radio host (notably on KFI Los Angeles), and produced films like Media Malpractice: How Obama Got Elected (2009) and hosted the podcast, With the Benefit of Hindsight, which made the shocking claim that Jerry Sandusky of Penn State sexual abuse infamy was in fact completely innocent, as was Joe Paterno and others caught up in the moral panic surrounding that case, a claim I believe he proved conclusively.

John currently hosts the podcast The Death of Journalism exposing major journalistic failures.
