Do you long for time to spend with Jesus? Have you found yourself needing a hug from your husband, so you feel wanted? Do you feel guilty wishing there was more to your life than wiping noses and doing dishes? Are you drowning in the responsibilities of just being Mom? Do you wonder why your pre-mom routines are no longer working?

I am so excited that you are here! This podcast will help find peace with the time you do have, start rebuilding routines you need to stay sane, invite you to see yourself how God sees you, and find joy in motherhood.
Hi, I’m Cheryl! Wife, SAHM of two girls, Mom Mentor and Jesus follower. For years, I struggled to fit myself into the same routines, spiritual habits and identity I had as a newly married woman.
I was frustrated, discouraged and depressed when all I felt at the end of the day was worthless because I couldn’t accomplish all the things I used to be able to do.
I finally realized in trying to meet everyone’s needs except my own, I had forgotten who I was and, if I was going to have any joy in motherhood, I had to discover who I had become.
I had to rediscover my identity, prioritize my mental, spiritual, and even physical health so I could be the mom my girls needed.
If you’re ready to ditch the mom guilt for peace, find Jesus in the middle of the dishes, and love yourself like your babies do, this podcast is for you.
Grab your ear pods and start folding laundry, this is Time for Mom.

  • 104 | Do You Talk to Your Body Like It’s God’s Artwork or Your Enemy? | Self‑Worth, Mom Guilt, Biblical Identity, Devotion
    2026/07/31
Do you ever catch yourself speaking about your body or your worth in ways that would break your heart if your kids said the same things about themselves? Have you embraced self-criticism instead of being thankful of the worth God has for you? Are you noticing the moments where you treat yourself as less valuable than the women you serve, love, or admire — even though Scripture says you were created with the same intentionality and beauty? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. I learned the not‑so‑secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, building simple routines that supported my priorities, rejecting mom guilt, and discovering what self‑esteem and self‑worth really look like in everyday motherhood. In Time for Mom, we have honest conversations about comparison, practical devotional moments, and encouragement you can tuck into the cracks of your day. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, rediscover your identity, and love yourself the way your babies already do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing how God reshapes our self‑esteem and identity through Scripture so you can finally see yourself the way He sees you — with truth, grace, and the kind of love you freely give everyone else. Loving your neighbor starts with learning to love yourself the way God intended — with grace, not self‑criticism. Humility isn’t self‑deprecation; it’s shifting your focus outward while honoring God’s workmanship in you. Speaking harshly about yourself contradicts God’s truth about who He created you to be. Your body is a God‑designed vessel — purposeful, capable, and worthy of care. You were created intentionally, beautifully, and for God’s glory — nothing about you is accidental. • 103 | 4 Ways Moms Can Escape the Comparison Trap and Restore Peace
    2026/07/29

Have you ever looked at your friends, family, or even a stranger and wonder how they are able do all the things you want to do?

Are you wishing your home looked like your friends?

Do you wish you could trade homes and lives with someone else because they seem to have the life you want?

In this episode, I’m sharing 4 ways to fight comparison so you can appreciate your mom life without wishing you could escape motherhood.

    • Lean into how God wired you — not anger or frustration, but the character He placed in you to serve your family well.

    • Redirect your attention when comparison creeps in; their life is never what it seems from the outside.

    • If something isn’t working, release it — just like a broken toy that’s no longer serving its purpose.

    • Finding what works for you takes time, prayer, and patience.
