My upcoming, FREE, 1-hour workshop, Prioritize Your Time, is on Monday, October 19th @9am MST. This workshop is going to be hosted live on Substack, and a replay will be available for subscribers so please, Subscribe using the link below so you don't miss out. https://bit.ly/timeformomsubscribe Do you wish you could know that you were going "enough" as a mom to shape your kids? Are you starving for time to build your own faith even though you teach your kids about God? Have you tried what used to work before you became a mom, only to become frustrated and discouraged? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. I learned the not‑so‑secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, building simple routines that supported my priorities, rejecting mom guilt, and discovering what self‑esteem and self‑worth really look like in everyday motherhood. In Time for Mom, we have honest conversations about comparison, practical devotional moments, and encouragement you can tuck into the cracks of your day. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, rediscover your identity, and love yourself the way your babies already do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing how difficult times in life challenge our beliefs and reveal truth so you can find truth in the lies you may believe in motherhood. Lie: What worked before kids or with one kid will always work. Truth: What you do to grow your faith, stay connected to God, and keep a healthy marriage is going to have to change as life circumstances change. Lie: By teaching my kids about God, I will meet my own needs to grow in my faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. Truth: You still need alone time with God. The question is how, when and where. Lie: I am responsible for my children's salvation. Truth: I am not responsible for my children's choices. I responsible to do the best I can to teach my kids about God and leave the rest up to God. Lie: If I do a good enough job, my kids are going to be good kids. Truth: I will never be "good enough" It's unattainable. But I can do my best, and most days, that's enough.
