  • Sergio Gutierrez- The Art of Success
    2025/06/27

🎙️ Through the Noise with Trevor Steel

In this episode, I sit down with Sergio Gutierrez — a live painter, musician, and one-of-a-kind human being. Sergio is a flamboyant, gun-toting, conservative artist who somehow blends deep structure with wild creativity. He’s loud in all the best ways: in color, in thought, in energy.

We dive into mindset, gratitude, grief, transitions, and how art helped him navigate the messiest parts of life. Sergio’s story is full of paradox — extroverted but regimented, passionate but disciplined, raw yet refined. This conversation is about what it means to keep showing up, to love deeply, and to live fully in your purpose no matter what the world expects from you.

  • Episode 11. Jeremy Jennings
    2025/04/18

Today's guest is a true entrepreneur with a knack for spotting opportunity and scaling systems. He got his start back in the early 2000s with an SEO company, where early wins for clients quickly led to a pivot — instead of continuing with client work, he decided to put those skills to work on his own ventures.

In 2007, he launched Mailinglist.org, a data list brokerage that’s still running strong today. It specializes in highly targeted direct mail lists, with a major focus on financial offers.

Then in 2012, an opportunity came out of necessity — a couple of friends needed jobs, one had experience in pressure washing, and he realized he could dominate the local search game in that industry. That’s when Washed Out Pressure Washing was born. From day one, he focused on marketing, lead gen, and team management — not the manual labor — which allowed him to scale efficiently.

Most recently, he’s diving deep into tech with a new venture: NSER.ai, a voice AI receptionist that’s already handled over 1,000 calls and is actively managing live calls for service businesses. The platform will be available by subscription soon, and it’s built to help business owners streamline customer calls without losing the human touch.

    Check it out at www.NSER.ai.
