  • The Questions That Will Change Your Life
    2026/07/27

The questions we ask ourselves shape the way we think, the choices we make and ultimately the lives we create.

But what if we've become so focused on finding answers that we've stopped asking the questions that really matter?

In this episode, we're exploring the difference between problem-solving questions and what my coach recently described as living questions – the questions that don't need an immediate answer but instead invite curiosity, reflection and growth.

We talk about why our brains are wired to search for certainty, how that can keep us stuck, and how asking ourselves better questions can open up possibilities we never considered.

Rather than rushing to fix, control or figure everything out, this episode is an invitation to get curious. Because sometimes the biggest shifts don't come from having all the answers – they come from asking ourselves a different question.

If you've ever felt like you're overthinking, searching for the "right" answer or trying to force clarity, this episode is for you.

  • Most Of Life Is Made Up Of Tuesdays
    2026/07/21

What if we're spending too much of our lives waiting?

Waiting for the holiday, the promotion, the weekend, the house move, the next milestone... all while overlooking the life that's happening right in front of us.

In this episode, we're talking about why most of our lives are made up of ordinary days, and why learning to appreciate them might be one of the biggest shifts we can make. We explore how social media has made life feel more performative, why we're conditioned to chase the next big thing, and how easy it is to fall into the trap of believing happiness is always just around the corner.

We also reflect on what happens when we slow down enough to notice the small moments that make up our everyday lives. The morning coffee, the walk with the dog, the conversations around the dinner table, the quiet moments that rarely make it onto Instagram but are often the moments we'll remember most.

Because if we only allow ourselves to feel fulfilled on the big occasions, we'll spend most of our lives waiting for them.

Maybe the goal isn't to have more extraordinary moments. Maybe it's to become better at noticing the ordinary ones.

  • Half Year Reset
    2026/07/06

In this episode, we're pressing pause and taking the opportunity to reflect on the first half of the year before rushing into the second.

It's so easy to keep moving from one goal to the next without stopping to acknowledge how far we've come, what we've learnt or whether we're even still heading in the direction we want to go.

We explore why regular check-ins with ourselves are so important, how to let go of the pressure that comes from feeling "behind" and why a reset doesn't have to wait until January or the start of a new week.

Whether this year has gone exactly to plan or looked nothing like you expected, this episode is an invitation to pause, reflect and reset.

Because you don't need a new year to create a new direction. Sometimes all you need is a moment to stop, check in and decide what comes next.

  • Getting Out Of Your Head
    2026/06/29

In this episode, we're exploring what happens when we spend so much time in our heads that we lose touch with what's happening in our bodies and in turn ourselves.

It's easy to live on autopilot, constantly thinking, planning and analysing, without ever stopping to check in with ourselves. But the more disconnected we become from our bodies, the harder it can be to understand what we actually need.

We explore the importance of rebuilding the mind-body connection and why taking just a few moments to pause can completely change how you respond to your day.

We also chat through some simple ways to reconnect with your body, including breathwork, body scans and grounding exercises using your senses. Not as another task to tick off, but as practical tools to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and become more aware of how you're really feeling.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, caught up in your thoughts or like you're constantly running on autopilot, this episode is an invitation to step out of your head, reconnect with your body and start responding to what you need, rather than just pushing through.

  • Talks With My Ego
    2026/06/22

In this episode, we're getting personal.

We explore some of the conversations that have been going on in my head as I've navigated the decision to step away from running my business full-time and move into a permanent role. A decision that has brought up excitement, relief, fear, doubt and more than a few opinions from my ego along the way.

We talk about identity, attachment to plans, what happens when life doesn't unfold quite how you expected, and the challenge of trusting the process when you can't yet see the full picture.

This isn't really an episode about business or careers. It's about change, letting go, uncertainty and learning to separate the voice of fear from the voice of intuition.

If you've ever found yourself clinging to a plan, questioning a big decision or feeling torn between what you thought you should do and what actually feels right, this episode will probably resonate.

Because sometimes the hardest part isn't making the decision, it's quietening the commentary that comes afterwards.

  • Maybe The Problem Isn’t The Problem
    2026/06/07

In this episode, we’re exploring why trying to solve a problem from the same mindset, habits and way of thinking that created it usually just keeps us going round in circles. Whether it’s overthinking, repeating patterns, struggling to move forward or constantly searching for the “right” answer, sometimes the issue isn’t a lack of effort, it’s the lens we’re looking through.

This is a conversation around self awareness, perspective and mindset, and the uncomfortable reality that growth often requires us to think, act and see ourselves differently before our external circumstances can really change.

There are also a few personal reflections throughout the episode around perspective shifts, recognising old patterns and the moments where we realise we might actually need a different approach, not just more thinking.

If you’ve ever felt like you just don' t know the answer or keep ending up in the same place despite trying hard to change things, this episode will probably resonate.

  • Why Change Never Seems To Last
    2026/05/31

In this episode, we’re exploring why change can feel so uncomfortable, even when it’s something we say we want.

So often, we reach new levels in life, relationships, business or personal growth… only to find ourselves slipping back into old habits, old ways of thinking or familiar patterns that no longer serve us.

We get into why our minds and nervous systems are wired towards what feels familiar, not necessarily what’s best for us, and how that can quietly shape the decisions we make, the opportunities we accept and the way we show up in our lives.

This episode is a conversation around growth, identity, energetic set points and the strange pull back towards what feels “normal”, even when we’ve outgrown it.

If you’ve ever felt like you keep ending up back in the same place, struggle to hold onto change or notice yourself pulling away from the very things you thought you wanted, this one will probably resonate.

  • Procrastination Or Percolation? Why You Might Not Be Stuck
    2026/05/25

In this episode, we are talking about whether we’re always actually procrastinating… or whether sometimes things are just still processing beneath the surface.

We get into the pressure to constantly be productive, why forcing action doesn’t always lead to the best outcomes and how to tell the difference between avoidance and genuine percolation.

There are also a few personal story times (when aren't there), including a big manifestation story at the start, and some honest reflections around timing, overthinking, pressure and trusting things a bit more.

This is a more chatty, reflective episode about ambition, mindset and the space between thinking about something and actually moving on it.

If you’ve been feeling guilty for slowing down, questioning yourself or wondering why things aren’t clicking as quickly as you’d like, this one will probably resonate.
