Lindsay Brown joins Matt and Jim for three episodes, with an extended look at mission in the 21st century. In this episode Lindsay explains about the ‘golden age’ of evangelism and the expansion of the church to the ends of the earth ‘from everywhere to everywhere’. Yet there are some external threats facing believers today, such as pluralism, persecution, fundamentalism and secularism, and internal challenges within the church, including how believers relate to the world and how we should behave biblically. Check back for the next two episodes which focus on opportunities for mission in the future.

Lindsay Brown is a native of Wales and was involved in student ministry with IFES for over 45 years. He has also headed up the Fellowship of Evangelists in the Universities of Europe, the FEUER network, and served as the International Director for the Lausanne Movement for World Evangelization.
