    I forgot my podcast for two years, and somehow that's ADHD GOLD!

    What if the real victory isn’t consistency, but the courage to begin again? After a two-year pause, we return to the mic to unpack why restarting feels so heavy for ADHD brains and how to make it lighter, kinder and far more doable. This is a candid, unscripted share about forgetting routines, fearing failure, imagining judgment and then choosing to move anyway, because STARTING is the win.

    We dig into the ADHD start-stop cycle and the stories we attach to it: you stopped, therefore you failed, therefore you are the problem. That thinking keeps us stuck. We reframe success as action over streaks and presence over perfection, shifting from “human doing” to “human being.” By treating creative work as an experiment instead of a contract, we swap pressure for curiosity and let ideas develop in public. The result is momentum that fits how ADHD minds truly work: fueled by novelty, interest and low-friction beginnings.

    You’ll hear practical ways to follow a spark without derailing your life: capture the recurring idea, start something small within the hour, and measure progress by starts, not finishes. We also talk impact; how one honest episode, even after a long hiatus, can still find the right person at the right time. That reminder helps dissolve shame and restores agency. Whether you’re restarting a habit, a business plan or a creative project, this conversation offers language, tools and compassion to help you begin again with less fear and more self-respect.
