  • EPI 98 - Spark Session (A 10-minute pep talk for your tired heart)
    2026/05/23

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within. Today’s episode is a little different.

This is one of my Spark Sessions — a short, honest conversation from my heart to yours. No teaching. No fixing. No “5-step framework.” Just a moment to pause together and remember:

You are not alone in this season.

Because if I’m being honest… I think so many of us are carrying more than anyone can actually see right now.

From the outside, maybe it looks like you’re handling it all beautifully.
    You’re answering the emails.
    Showing up for the activities.
    Making the appointments.
    Planning the summer.
    Holding the family together.

    But internally?
You might feel like you’re one small inconvenience away from crying in your car.

And if that’s where you are today, I want you to hear this clearly:

    Nothing is wrong with you.
    You’re human.
    And this is a lot.

    In this episode, I share:

    • Why invisible emotional labor can feel heavier than the things people actually see
    • The image of “holding all the strings” — and why so many women feel like if they let go of one thing, everything will fall apart
    • How even “normal life” seasons can become overwhelming when everything stacks at once
    • Why crying in your car, feeling emotional, or hitting your limit doesn’t mean you’re failing
    • The healing power of being witnessed by someone who simply says:
      “Yeah… that’s a lot.”
    • Why “good enough” can be sacred during hard seasons
    • Small ways to return to yourself when life feels emotionally loud
    • A reminder that this season will not last forever — even if it feels endless right now

This episode is meant to feel like a hand on your shoulder.
    A deep breath.
A quiet reminder that you don’t have to carry everything perfectly to still be doing an incredible job.

    A Gentle Reminder

Maybe today isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.
Maybe today is simply about softening your grip enough to breathe.

    Drink the water.
    Take the walk.
    Send the text.
Let yourself cry if you need to.
And remember: you’ve made it through hard seasons before.

You will make it through this one too.

I’d love to hear from you

What’s one thing you’ve been quietly carrying lately?

If this episode made you feel seen, send me a message or share it with another woman who might need this reminder today.

  • EPI 97 - When Something Asks for Your Attention
    2026/05/02

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within! I’m Camille Kinzler, and today we’re exploring the other side of last week’s conversation.

In Episode 96, we talked about when it’s time to walk away.

But today, we’re looking at something a little more subtle — and sometimes even trickier:

What do you do when something asks for your attention… and won’t quite leave you alone?

    Not because it’s urgent.
    Not because it’s necessary.
But because it’s quietly pulling at you.

This episode is about learning how to recognize those moments — and how to discern whether it’s something to lean into.

    In this episode, I share:

    • The unexpected moment I was offered a job — when I wasn’t even looking
    • Why aligned opportunities often don’t come through force or strategy, but through curiosity and openness
    • The difference between something that feels “off” versus something that feels inconvenient but interesting
    • The question I ask instead of “Does this make sense?”
“Why did this land in my life right now?”
    • How past experiences, interests, and quiet desires often shape the opportunities that find us
    • Why talking things out can sometimes create more noise — not clarity
    • My two non-negotiables for decision-making:
      • Sitting in silence without forcing an answer
      • Asking: What would this look like if it were exactly how I wanted it to be?
    • How to recognize the gap between your ideal and your reality — and what that gap is telling you
    • Why leaning in doesn’t mean saying yes — it means being honest about what you truly want
    • A real-life example of how I’m navigating this decision (including protecting the life I’ve intentionally created)
    • The moment clarity came — and how quickly it surfaced when I created space for it

This episode is about trusting that when something lingers in your awareness, there’s usually a reason. Not always to act on it — but always to listen to it.

    Big Takeaways

    • Not every opportunity needs to make logical sense to be worth exploring.
    • Curiosity is often a better guide than pressure or urgency.
    • Silence creates clarity faster than overthinking ever will.
    • Your ideal vision matters — and it should be part of your decision-making process.
    • You don’t have to say yes to honor something — you just have to pay attention.

I’d love to hear from you

What’s something in your life right now that’s gently pulling at you?

  • EPI 96 - When Is It Time to Walk Away? (Even When Nothing Is “Wrong”)
    2026/04/25

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within! I’m Camille Kinzler, and today’s episode is one that feels tender, nuanced, and honestly… a little uncomfortable.

Because we’re talking about something that doesn’t get discussed enough:
When is it time to walk away — even when nothing is obviously wrong?

Not when there are red flags.
Not when something is broken or unhealthy.
But when everything looks “good” on paper… and something inside you quietly says, this isn’t it anymore.

If you’ve ever felt that subtle nudge — in your career, your community, your role, your identity — this conversation is for you.

    In this episode, I share:

    • Why walking away from something good can feel harder than leaving something clearly wrong
    • My personal experience stepping away from being a physician assistant — and the identity unraveling that came with it
    • The hidden weight of time, money, and energy already invested (and why it keeps us stuck)
    • How identity gets wrapped up in what we do — and why that makes change feel so confronting
    • The season where I made decisions based on “fun” — and why that didn’t fully work for me
    • How I now decide whether to stay or leave:
      • Am I still in an active relationship with this?
      • Is there more for me to create, learn, or express here?
    • The truth about mundane seasons — and why “chop wood, carry water” still matters
    • What it looked like to walk away from a deeply meaningful business and community — and the grief that came with it
    • Why you don’t actually lose what you’ve built — even when you leave it
    • The idea that your life may come full circle in ways you can’t yet see

I also walk you through a few powerful questions you can ask yourself if you’re in that in-between space — not fully in, but not fully out either.

Because sometimes the hardest decisions aren’t about what’s clearly wrong…
They’re about honoring what’s quietly changed within you.

    Reflection Questions

    • If nothing changed about your current situation… would you still choose it?
    • Are you staying because it’s aligned — or because it’s familiar?
    • Is this discomfort coming from growth… or from misalignment?
    • Is there more here for you — or have you already said what you came to say?

I’d love to hear from you

Are you in a season where you’re questioning whether to stay or walk away?

  • EPI 95 - Why Your Body Isn’t Responding (And What Your Genes Have to Do With It)
    2026/04/18

Episode 95: Why Your Body Isn’t Responding (And What Your Genes Have to Do With It)

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within! I’m Camille Kinzler, and this episode feels like a bit of a reset… or maybe even a return.

I took a step back from the podcast for a while — not because anything was wrong, but because it simply didn’t feel aligned. And I think there’s something really powerful in honoring that. Not forcing, not pushing, not creating a problem where there isn’t one.

And now? It feels right again. So here I am — and we’re diving into something that I know so many of you have been quietly wondering:

Why is my body not responding… even when I’m doing everything right?

If you’ve been eating well, exercising, taking the supplements, managing your stress — and still feeling exhausted, stuck in your weight, or off in your hormones… this episode is for you.

In this episode, I walk you through:

    • Why this isn’t a willpower issue — and why I know you’re already trying hard enough
    • What your DNA actually is (and how it functions as your body’s instruction manual)
    • The difference between your genes and your gene expression — and why that changes everything
    • A simple way to understand epigenetics (hint: think dimmer switches, not on/off buttons)
    • Why two people can take the exact same supplement and have completely different results
    • What detoxification really is (and why it’s happening in your body every single day)
    • A simplified breakdown of phase one and phase two detox pathways — and why balance between them matters
    • How sluggish detox pathways can show up as fatigue, weight resistance, bloating, mood swings, and hormone imbalances
    • Why “just take more supplements” often makes things more confusing — not better
    • How understanding your genes helps you stop guessing and start aligning with your body

This episode is really about shifting the narrative.
From “What am I doing wrong?”
To “What does my body uniquely need?”

Because when you understand your blueprint, everything changes.

I’d love to hear from you

Have you ever felt like you were doing everything right… and still not seeing results?

  • EPI 94 - Authentic Leadership: How to Lead Without Armor
    2026/01/25

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within. I’m Camille Kinzler, and today’s episode is one of the most personal reflections I’ve shared in a long time.

This conversation was born out of my Word of the Year — courage — and the very real, very uncomfortable ways it’s been showing up in my life. Not as boldness. Not as fearlessness. But as the courage to be more authentically myself.

    To follow my intuition.
    To honor my nudges.
    To use my voice differently.
To stop performing and start leading from alignment.

And that’s what this episode is really about:
What does it mean to lead without armor?
    Without ego.
    Without performance.
Without needing to be right, liked, or approved of.

    In this episode, I explore:

    • Why courage isn’t about being louder — it’s about being more honest
    • How my Word of the Year has been confronting me daily
    • What it means to lead with your voice — not to fill space, but to create meaning
    • The difference between reactive courage and intentional courage
    • Why leadership rooted in intuition feels different than leadership rooted in control
    • The four pillars of authentic leadership:
      • Self-awareness — understanding your triggers, patterns, and motivations
      • Accountability — owning your choices without needing consensus
      • Vulnerability — leading without armor or ego
      • Positive mindset — holding vision without denying reality

This episode is about becoming, not performing.

    About choosing truth over approval.

About learning to trust yourself through discomfort.

About letting your voice come from presence instead of protection.

Authentic leadership doesn’t ask you to be more impressive.

It asks you to be more you.

    Big Takeaways

    • Courage without awareness becomes reaction.
    • Awareness turns courage into choice.
    • Leadership doesn’t require certainty — it requires honesty.
    • Vulnerability builds trust more than perfection ever will.
    • You don’t need armor to lead — you need alignment.
    • Authentic leadership begins the moment you stop performing.

    A reflection for you

Where in your life are you performing instead of leading?
Where are you staying quiet instead of being honest?
Where are you choosing comfort over truth?

If this episode resonates, I’d love to hear from you. Send me a message or share your reflection — these conversations matter.

If you’re tired of feeling exhausted, irritable, moody, and just not like yourself, schedule a free 30-minute consultation so I can help you feel like YOU again

  • EPI 93 - A Word for the Year: A More Embodied Way to Grow
    2026/01/03

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within. As we step into a new year, I wanted to pause before rushing into goals, plans, or resolutions — and instead offer a different way of approaching growth.

For years, I joked that my New Year’s resolution was not making New Year’s resolutions. Like most people, I watched them quietly fade by February. And eventually, I realized it wasn’t a willpower issue — it was a paradigm issue.

In this episode, I share why I’ve stopped setting traditional resolutions and instead choose one word for the year — a word I can embody, practice, and return to again and again.

    In this episode, I explore:

    • Why goals often live in the mind — and why that can create pressure, lack, and self-judgment
    • The statistic most people don’t talk about: why the majority of resolutions don’t last
    • How choosing a word shifts the question from “What do I need to achieve?” to “How do I want to be?”
    • Why embodiment matters — especially for women in midlife
    • How a word becomes a daily filter for decisions, boundaries, rest, and growth
    • My word for the year — courage — and what it really means to me (hint: not fearlessness, but heart-led living)
    • How courage shows up in relationships, leadership, creativity, language, and spiritual practice
    • Why the words we speak shape our nervous system, biology, and inner coherence
    • The quiet courage of choosing presence over perfection

Rather than striving to become someone new, this episode is about returning to yourself — and letting growth happen through awareness, honesty, and alignment.

A word doesn’t ask you to prove your worth.
It invites you to live it.

    Big Takeaways

    • Growth doesn’t have to be forced to be meaningful.
    • A word is something you practice — not something you achieve.
    • Embodied growth creates sustainability, not burnout.
    • Language shapes your inner and outer world.
    • Courage often looks quiet, tender, and deeply human.

    An Invitation

Instead of asking “What do I want to accomplish this year?”
Try asking: “How do I want to be?”

What word feels like a lighthouse for you right now?

If you’d like to share, send me a message or DM me on Instagram — I’d truly love to hear what you choose.

If you’re tired of feeling exhausted, irritable, moody, and just not like yourself, schedule a free 30-minute consultation so I can help you feel like YOU again

  • EPI 92 - Why January Doesn’t Need a Reset (and What Your Body Needs Instead)
    2025/12/27

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within! I’m Camille Kinzler, and today’s episode is a loving invitation to slow way down during a time of year that’s usually loaded with pressure.

You know that strange, in-between space after Christmas and before the New Year? That quiet, blurry, almost suspended moment where time feels weird and expectations feel loud? That’s exactly where this episode was born.

Because I don’t believe January needs a reset.

And I definitely don’t believe you need fixing.

    In this episode, I share:

    • Why New Year’s resolutions so often fail — and why it has nothing to do with discipline or motivation
    • The cultural conditioning that teaches us to wait for “symbolic moments” (Mondays, January 1st, fresh starts) instead of listening to real momentum
    • A client story that perfectly illustrates how waiting for the “right time” can actually slow your growth
    • Why restriction, force, and rigidity activate stress — especially for women in midlife
    • How your nervous system responds to pressure vs. curiosity
    • The concept of internal habits — the perceptual lenses we use to see ourselves and the world
    • Why no external plan will ever work if the relationship you have with yourself stays the same
    • What your body is really asking for right now: safety, regulation, rest, and awareness
    • Why January may be calling you not to reinvent yourself — but to return to yourself

This episode is a reminder that you are not starting from zero.

    You’re starting from wisdom.

    From lived experience.

From a body that has adapted, learned, and carried you through so much already.

And when we honor that, change becomes sustainable — not forced.

    Big Takeaways

    • January doesn’t require a reset — it requires presence and honesty.
    • Your body resists pressure, not growth.
    • Awareness creates momentum faster than discipline ever could.
    • Internal habits shape external behavior.
    • Rest and regulation come before motivation.

I’d love to hear from you

What if, instead of asking “What should I fix?”, you asked

“What feels honest for me right now?”

Send me a message or share this episode with someone who needs permission to soften their start to the year.

  • EPI 91 - How the People Around You Shape Your Biology
    2025/12/20

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within! I’m Camille Kinzler, and today’s episode is one of my favorite kinds of conversations — the kind that seems simple on the surface, but actually changes the way you see your life.

We talk a lot about food, supplements, habits, and routines… but what if one of the most powerful influences on your health isn’t what you’re doing — it’s who you’re doing life with?

In this episode, I explore how the people you surround yourself with don’t just shape your mindset or behavior — they literally shape your biology. Through the lens of epigenetics, nervous system regulation, and lived experience, we’ll look at how proximity, conversations, and emotional environments quietly influence your energy, hormones, and resilience.

    In this episode, I share:

    • A sweet listener story about staying grounded during busy seasons — and why small, shared rituals matter
    • The simple “broccoli for breakfast” moment that perfectly illustrates the power of proximity
    • Why we naturally absorb the habits, language, and rhythms of the people around us
    • How relationships influence gene expression through epigenetics (think dimmer switches, not destiny)
    • The role of co-regulation — and why calm, grounded people teach your nervous system how to respond to the world
    • Why “keeping up with the Joneses” can be nourishing when we choose the right Joneses
    • How to notice who you gravitate toward in social settings — and what that reveals about your internal state
    • The difference between growth rooted in self-judgment versus growth rooted in curiosity and play
    • A gentle invitation to seek out relationships that support who you’re becoming

This episode isn’t about cutting people out of your life or forcing change. It’s about awareness. Because when you understand how deeply your environment shapes you, you get to choose proximity with intention — and that choice can quietly transform your health, your energy, and your joy.

    Big Takeaways

    • Your relationships influence your nervous system, hormones, and gene expression.
    • Growth happens through proximity — often without effort or force.
    • Calm, regulated people help your body learn safety and ease.
    • Curiosity-based growth creates expansion; shame-based growth creates pressure.
    • Small exposures can create big shifts over time.

I’d love to hear from you
