    This episode is combined with a meditation. A meditation is created from my higher self to you in the end of this episode, to inspire you to sense and emerge with your higher self. Nothing less.

    The topic in this episode is about realizing that we all – regardless being spiritual or not, OR being aware in the field self-development and self-awareness or not – create our reality. We create realities that often don’t comply with everybody else and their understanding of reality from their perspective.

    But THAT is a perspective we have to be aware of and be conscious about, so we do not end up projecting our inner child onto other people in hurt – in order to feel better or to guard our low esteem and own hurting inner child.

    Awareness creates healing. Healing from traumas creates a better life. Who doesn’t want that?

    We are all connected and we are the creators of our own lives and how we react and which waves to surf – regardless.

    We cannot blame another being for how we feel. We are the powerful beings that can manifest, but only if we remove our blockages and our false believes systems. We have the chance to grow both spiritually and personal when we are in the ‘school of experiencing’ when walking this earth. Or we can waste our time and then another re incarnation is waiting with the same old topics.
