  • Its not just about Running. Its about what Running does to your life | The lessons running taught me that have nothing to do with running
    2026/09/19

I started running because I wanted to change my body.

I stayed because running started changing my life.

In this episode, I explore the unexpected ways running has shaped far more than my endurance—from building confidence and discipline to teaching me how to handle discomfort, adapt when things don't go to plan, spend time alone and trust myself.

Because when you look at running from the outside, you see the obvious things: the miles, the pace, the fitness.

You don't see the early mornings, the quiet, the recovery, the habits, the thoughts, the setbacks or the small moments of proof that slowly change the way you see yourself.

Running became more than a workout. It became an anchor.

And maybe that's one of the most interesting things about exercise: the biggest adaptations aren't always physical.

Your body changes, but so can the way you think, the way you spend your time, the way you handle difficulty and ultimately the way you live.

This isn't really an episode about how to run further or get faster.

It's about what can happen when you commit to something long enough for it to start changing everything around it.

Because the run is only the visible part. The real transformation happens everywhere else.

  • The Athlete Files: Novak Djokovic | A story about resilience, adaptation, obsession and the pursuit of something beyond greatness.
    2026/09/14

Novak Djokovic didn't have the easiest path to becoming one of the greatest tennis players of all time.

He grew up during war. He was an outsider among Federer and Nadal. He struggled with his body, his confidence and his place at the top of the sport. And even after reaching the highest level, he still had to reinvent himself, recover from setbacks and find new reasons to keep going.

His story raises a question I find much more interesting than simply asking how someone becomes successful:

How do you keep becoming better when you're already one of the best?

In this episode of The Examined Life, I explore Djokovic's journey from a young boy in Belgrade to 24-time Grand Slam champion — the problems he had to solve, the mental game that separated him from his competition, the collapse that forced him to rebuild, and the challenge he faces now as his career enters its final chapter.

Because maybe the most interesting part of mastery isn't becoming the best.

Maybe it's figuring out who you are when you no longer need to prove that you are.

  • How to become Consistent | practical tools that I wish I had in the beginning
    2026/09/11

Why do some people stay consistent for years while others start with huge amounts of motivation and give up a few weeks later?

We often think consistency comes down to discipline, willpower or simply being the kind of person who “sticks to things.” But what if it has more to do with how you design your life?

In this episode, I explore what actually makes behaviours last — from implementation intentions and habit formation to systems, environment, inversion and identity. I also explore why consistency doesn't mean perfection, why boring routines might be better than exciting ones, and why the most important skill might not be learning how to never stop, but learning how to return.

Because perhaps becoming consistent isn't about becoming a more disciplined person.

Perhaps it's about building a life that makes showing up easier.
