  • #39 Carnage in San Diego!
    2024/12/15

Cage Warriors closed out 2024 in a beautifully violent and patented fashion with all 9 fights on the night ending via knockout or submission.

Cage Warriors veteran Damon Wilson headlined a card for the first time and rewarded the faith placed in him by scoring a Finish of the Year contender over his opponent.

Anthony Orozco improved to 5-0 and yet again reminded the MMA world why he's one of the top Welterweight prospects.

Bobby Winther ran through his opponent on the ground to return to the win column.

Elsewhere on the card, we saw a tonne of Cage Warriors debutants win in big fashion. Keep an eye on Joshua Simpson who, with only 1 pro fight under his belt, I've tipped to have a great career in MMA.

    2024/11/24

Cage Warriors 181 delivered one of the very best cards of the year.

Headlined by Harry Hardwick's career-best KO win over Keweny Lopes and Kennedy Freeman's gold-clinching beatdown of Mafalda Carmona, we were treated to an unforgettable night. UFC calling?

Justin Burlinson returned to the yellow gloves and dealt an absolute beatdown of the highest order to his opponent, meanwhile James Power provided yet another violent finish to add to his portfolio.

Elsewhere on the card, mega prospect Sean Clancy Jr. improved to 6-0 with a huge 3rd round finish of his opponent.

The prelims delivered a heap of excitement but none more poignant than Boro prospect Leon Armes scoring his 3rd pro win with a thumping right hand.

  • #37 Underdogs Barking!
    2024/11/17

Despite losing a bunch of exciting fights, and the main event, Cage Warriors 180 delivered a slate of exciting fights, underdog wins, comeback victories and a new champion was crowned.

James Webb joined the rare ranks of two-weight Cage Warriors champions with his 3rd round TKO of Andy Clamp. While in the co-main event, Nik Bagley made quick work of Jordy Bakkes to score his 5th successive rear-naked choke finish.

In the "People's Main Event", Weslley Maia handily dominated and blitzed Alexander Loof in what was likely a title eliminator. The idea of a trilogy fight with Qadrian, for gold, is a mouth-watering prospect.

Paddy McCorry returned to the Yellow Gloves with a 45 second KO and staked a claim to challenge for Middleweight gold in 2025.

Giovanni Fernandez and Richard Kallos, the two biggest underdogs on the card, scored massive highlight reel finishes over their respective opponents.

Elsewhere on the card, GB Top Team prospects Jawany Scott and Callum Haughian scored big wins.

  • #34 Omiel Deal
    2024/09/08

In the latest episode, I unpack and analyse all things Cage Warriors 176.

Omiel Brown won the Welterweight Prizefighter one-night tournament, defeating two opponents on his way to the $50k reward and a title shot.

George Hardwick returned to Cage Warriors to successfully defend his belt for the third time. He put on a striking clinic to remind the masses of just how good he is.

While Chris Bungard was unable to get his hand raised, Reece McEwan snapped his losing skid with a terrific 3rd round submission.

Elsewhere on the card, Scottish mega prospect Sean Clancy Jr added yet another quick finish to his record, improving to 5-0.

Michael Blair had one of the comebacks of the year, almost blowing the roof off the Braehead arena on his way to a second successive Cage Warriors win.

Damon Donald and Kallum Parker put on a Fight of the Year contender after a brutal back-and-forth slugfest; Donald got his hand raised to improve to 3-0.

  • #33 Madness in Manny
    2024/07/26

In the latest episode of the podcast, I unpack a JAM-PACKED Cage Warriors 175 card.

A brutal night of fights that saw 13 finishes, multiple finish of the year contenders, the consensus Fight of the Year thus far, big prospects getting their hands raised and also big prospects getting stopped in their tracks.

Dario Bellandi successfully defended his Middleweight belt while Mason Jones and Michael Pagani went hammer & tongs for 15 minutes.

Stefano Paterno and Naglias Kanisauskas scored beautiful one-hitter quitter KOs in their outings.

We saw some incredible submissions from Ieuan Davies and George Smith.

Elsewhere on the card, the Flyweights all put on a show with excellent high-paced contests.

All of this and SO MUCH MORE!
