The Check-in
-I think that the last two episodes have been kind of heavy. I've been processing my first thirty days and dealing with some relationships the right way. More to come! Things are going well
-I’ve finally completed all the checks and paperwork for my new position. Should have my starting date soon I’m still practicing patience. The universe will do what the universe will do.
-So I’m going to wrap up what we’ve been talking about up until now. My addiction. I believe that I’ve been laying down a firm foundation. So at the end we’re going to light some sage and do a smudging ceremony. Clear out some bad energy, and some intentions for the next thirty days.
Let’s Recap - Let’s talk about the Elephant In the Room - Stigma and Shame
I think that the most important thing that I received from the last thirty days is my little saying. It’s come to my realization that I feel anxious most of the time and I really don’t know why. I think that I’ve been recognizing it more and that’s been helping a lot.
-Know your Truth
-Walk in your Truth
-Be able to recognize what’s trying to pull you away from your truth
-That’s the friction - Anxiety
