概要

The Unfiltered Mirror is a space where I share emotions, growth, and the lessons life teaches through pain and renewal. I speak honestly; soft, uncertain, and brave. Here, vulnerability isn’t weakness, but a doorway to strength. I think out loud, reflect, doubt, feel, and learn in real time. This is a quiet space for those who grow in silence, who fall and rise again, who choose depth over masks. Sit with me in stillness… and let your heart feel. Here, we learn to face ourselves gently, and rise with intention. Music by Oleksii Holubiev from Pixabay https://pixabay.com/fr/users/pineapplemusicDaïnati 個人的成功 自己啓発

  • The Unspoken Grief: Mourning Who We Could Have Been (S1 Ep 6)
    2026/04/25

In episode 6 of The Unfiltered Mirror, I talk about a kind of grief we almost never speak about: the grief for the versions of ourselves that have no grave.

We often associate grief with death, with a visible loss, with a specific date. But while preparing this episode, I realized that grief can also be much quieter. It can hide in the dreams we abandon, in the futures we imagined, in the choices we make to survive, and in the sacrifices we sometimes call “realism.”

Here, I talk about the versions of us that disappear over time: the one who dreamed of a specific life, the one who thought they could love without fear, the one who wanted to travel, succeed, build a family, create a career, do everything at once… before understanding that choosing often means giving something else up.

Through my feelings, my personal experience, and a wider reflection, I explore this invisible grief: the grief of aborted possibilities, changing plans, postponed dreams, and the sacrifices tied to studies, work, motherhood, career, responsibilities, and the reality of adult life.

This episode is my way of putting words to that strange melancholy: the feeling of missing yourself.

For anyone who feels like they lost a part of themselves without knowing exactly when. For those mourning a version of themselves that no longer exists. And for those who understand that sometimes, living also means grieving everything we could not become.

The Unspoken Grief: Mourning the versions of ourselves that have no grave.

  • The Weight of Guilt (S1 Ep 5)
    2026/03/20

Welcome to Episode 5 of The Unfiltered Mirror: the weight of guilt.

Today, we’re talking about the kind of guilt that doesn’t come from doing something wrong… but from choosing yourself.

The guilt of saying no, setting boundaries, changing, and no longer being the person others expect you to be.

In this episode, I explore where this guilt really comes from: not your conscience, but often conditioning, expectations, and emotional pressure.

We look at how it shows up in the body, how it can be used as a tool of control, and why it feels so uncomfortable to put yourself first.

⚖️ Guilt is not always a truth. Sometimes, it’s just a habit you were taught.

    - Understand solitude beyond simply being alone.

    - Discover how the brain reacts to social rejection and self-chosen silence.

Realize that solitude can become an inner home, a sacred place, and a source of strength.

An immersive journey into the freedom of being with yourself, away from social pressures and hyperconnectivity.
