  • Episode 63: To Battle or be Synchronised?
    2025/07/10

Talking about our cycles... whatever stage of life you're at, you'll have a cycle.

The most obvious one is the menstrual cycle, but even if you don't menstruate, your energy comes in ebbs and flows.

I'm seen as high energy most of the time, but I'm honestly not. I went from battling through every month, to being more mindful about what my body went through, and now give space to my body when I need it, and that helps keep my cup full <3

    2025/06/10

Becoming a mum is something I talk about in quite depth in my book, but I haven't really spoken about it in talks or my podcast, so this is an overview of my experience of becoming a mum.

    Did I ever really adjust?

Sleep deprivation has a lot to answer for... ("sleepless Insanity" anyone?!)

What about being anxious before making the decision (or not making the decision!)
