• Emotional Triggers: Why You React the Way You Do & How to Heal Them
    2026/05/05

If this resonated with you, send me a message here!

Do any of these sound familiar for you or someone you know?

👉🏼 Do you ever explode or shut down in relationships and later wonder why you reacted so strongly?

👉🏼 Do you find yourself in the same argument, with the same person (or different people) over and over again?

👉🏼 Have you ever felt totally justified in a big emotional reaction, only to realize later the moment didn't quite call for that level of intensity?

👉🏼 Do you judge yourself harshly after being triggered or quietly see others as "too sensitive" or "too much" when they are?

In this episode, we pull back the curtain on one of the most misunderstood dynamics in relationships — emotional triggers — and reveal why they are not a flaw in a person's design, but a masterfully engineered feature of your healing journey.

    You'll learn:

🔍 What an emotional trigger actually is and why the key word "disproportionate" is your most reliable signal that something deeper is asking to be seen and healed.

🧠 The neuroscience of the amygdala hijack, why your rational brain goes offline, why your body responds as if it's in danger, and why it feels so *real* even when the threat is just a look, a tone, or a five-second phone check.

💥 Why triggered people, trigger people and what to do about it.
Through a vivid real-life scenario, you'll see exactly how two people's unhealed wounds collide in real time and why the other person almost never created the wound. They just bumped into it.

🌱 How relationships are classrooms, not battlegrounds
Triggers are one of the most purposeful tools the universe uses to bring your shadow self into the light where healing becomes possible.

🛠️ 8 powerful steps to heal - Drawing on the wisdom of Viktor Frankl, Daniel Siegel, Byron Katie, Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, and Kristen herself. You'll be walked through a practical, body-mind-soul roadmap for moving from reaction to self-awareness to lasting transformation.

All change happens on the inside first. And it often starts with one triggered moment if you know how to use it.

  • Crashing Out is OPTIONAL - Reclaim Your Calm Now
    2026/05/02

If this resonated with you, send me a message here!

If feeling calm feels like a distant memory, if anxiety, fear, snapping, overthinking, or that wired-but-tired feeling has become your norm, survival mode has likely become your default, and it’s starting to feel like part of who you are.

Many people come to accept this state as “normal” When survival mode has been your baseline long enough, it starts to feel like part of your personality, like "this is just how I am."

But it isn’t who you are. It’s a nervous system that hasn’t felt safe enough to settle. Calm isn’t something you’ve lost; it's something your body hasn’t been supported to access yet.

As your system regulates, everyday life changes in noticeable ways. This is the quiet power of regulation. It doesn’t make life perfect, but it makes it manageable. It gives you access to presence, resilience, and choice.

When your body knows it’s safe, you don’t just feel calmer. You live differently. Ready to reclaim your calm? LISTEN NOW ✨

  • Deconstructing the "Narcissist" Narrative: Is "Just Leave" the ONLY Option?
    2026/04/28

If this resonated with you, send me a message here!

Have you ever felt like the only way to get your life back is to leave the relationship?

What if you’ve been told a story about your partner that feels absolute… but might not be the full truth?

And what if the word “narcissist” has become the final answer instead of the beginning of deeper understanding?

In this episode, we’re exploring a much more nuanced conversation around one of the most charged labels in modern relationships and what it can look like to step outside of a fixed narrative and into real clarity.

This is not about staying in unhealthy dynamics.

It’s about questioning what we’ve been taught to assume, and expanding what we believe is possible when it comes to human behavior, responsibility, and change.

In this episode, you’ll begin to explore:

✅ Why the “leave immediately” narrative may not always reflect the full relational picture
✅ How labels can sometimes limit deeper understanding and healing
✅ What gets lost when we reduce people to fixed identities
✅ The complexity of accountability, change, and emotional responsibility in relationships
✅ How to start seeing patterns more clearly without collapsing into extremes

This conversation is meant to open perspective, not to provide simple answers. Because real clarity and relationship healing does not come from labels… it comes from a deeper understanding of human nature.

  • Release the Need to Be Understood to Gain Emotional Stability & Peace
    2026/04/20

If this resonated with you, send me a message here!

Do you ever feel exhausted from constantly explaining yourself? Maybe you’ve bent over backward trying to prove your feelings matter, how their actions are hurting you or to simply connect, only to feel unseen, unheard, or judged anyway. The endless fight to be understood can be a massive energy drainer, but the problem is, we keep doing it hoping and praying they'll eventually get it.

    But they don't.

The truth is, you don’t need everyone to “get you” in order to live fully and freely. You don't need someone to "understand" in order to set and maintain boundaries or to choose peace over toxicity. Protecting your peace means letting go of the desire to be understood and standing strong in knowing you're not crazy, your needs matter and it is your job to take good care of yourself.

In this talk, I dive deep into how releasing the need to be understood opens the door to freedom, sovereignty and personal power. This is your reminder: peace isn’t something you earn — it’s something you choose.

  • Break Free From the Relentless Critic in Your Head
    2026/04/18

If this resonated with you, send me a message here!

What if the harshest voice in your life… is your own?

That relentless inner critic isn’t just background noise. It’s self-judgment in disguise, quietly shaping how you see yourself, how you show up, and what you believe you’re allowed to have. It chips away at your confidence, distorts your relationships, and keeps you playing small, even when you’re capable of so much more.

In this episode, we go beyond surface-level “positive thinking” and uncover what that voice really is, where it comes from, and why it feels so convincing. More importantly, you’ll learn how to separate from it, soften it, and stop letting it run the show.

Because that voice isn’t the truth. And the moment you stop believing it, everything begins to shift. You show up differently. You relate differently. You start moving through your life with a sense of self-trust, clarity, and freedom that was always available to you.

If you’re ready to release the voice that’s been holding you back and step into a more grounded, confident, and magnetic version of yourself, this episode is for you.
