このコンテンツについて
You’re not burnt out because you’re broken.
You’re burnt out because you’ve made urgency your baseline.
In this episode, I share a deeply personal and energetic transmission about the single shift that’s changed everything for me this year: I’ve stopped rushing.
I’ve stopped overriding my body. I’ve stopped collapsing into urgency, even when it tries to seduce me with old stories of productivity and performance.
Stillness has become my standard, and everything has recalibrated around that.
Not because I forced a new schedule.
Not because I mastered a better mindset.
But because I started giving myself 30 seconds. A breath. A pause. And then another.
What begins as a moment becomes a pattern.
And what becomes a pattern eventually becomes a standard. That’s the difference between habits we try to “stick to” and the energetic codes we embody so fully, they change who we are.
This episode is a call to shift from overextension to inner anchoring.
From pushing harder to listening deeper.
From burnout cycles to a new baseline of peace.
Because the version of you who has the wealth, the visibility, the aligned relationships, the business or career or path you’re craving?
That version of you isn’t rushing.
That version of you isn’t abandoning yourself to prove you’re enough.
That version of you lives in stillness.
And you can start becoming them, today.
Even if all you do… is pause for 60 seconds.
