This can be so intimidating for a number of reasons: Maybe they didn't even know you had a drinking problem? Maybe you're nervous to verbally commit to sobriety forever? Whatever your reason...   • Digestion | We need to talk about poo...
    2025/06/24

    If you’re squeamish, maybe skip this one -we’re diving into the very NOT glamorous side of having a drinking problem: digestive issues. My gut was a mess when I drank, and “food poisoning” was basically a weekly event. But after quitting, it healed almost instantly, and now when something’s off, I actually know what it is because alcohol isn’t muddying the waters. Digestive peace is honestly such a blessing, and it feels like I've cracked the code to life.
