    There's a strange point in dieting that nobody warns you about. It doesn't happen on day one. Or even week one. It happens quietly, somewhere in the middle of your 10th restart.

    You stop seeing it as something you're doing… And you start believing it's just who you are.

    "I'm someone who falls off track."

    "I'm someone who starts strong and then loses it."

    "I'm someone who always has to restart on Monday."
