  • Why Do We Put Everyone On Pedestals?
    2026/10/04

What does it mean to put yourself on a pedestal?

In this episode, I share what I learned from attending Limitless 2026 and my thoughts on why we tend to place others above ourselves. Beyond that, I also get into some of my current thoughts on the process of success, university grades, seeking approval, and making decisions based on what matters to you rather than what others expect.

The question I left you with: If you had nothing to prove to anyone, what would you do differently, and who would you choose to become?

  • Fièrement franco-ontarienne
    2026/09/25

This episode is entirely in French, in honour of Franco-Ontarian Day. I’m sharing what means to me, and how travelling, meeting new people, and hearing my accent through someone else’s ears have made me even prouder of my language and roots.

We’ll talk about franglais, finding little pieces of home abroad, and the beautiful connections a shared language can create. Whatever your roots are, I hope this episode reminds you to hold them close.

  • What I've Learned About Happiness
    2026/09/16

Happiness is something you should learn to notice instead of trying to achieve it.

The good of your life depends on your willingness to notice it.

In this episode of The Self Project Podcast, I reflect on how an eventful year of travelling, change, and experiencing different ways of living has completely shifted my understanding of happiness.

We spend so much time believing life will feel better once we graduate, find our purpose, earn more money, reach our goals, or become a better version of ourselves. But when happiness is always attached to what comes next, we forget to appreciate what is already here.

This episode is about learning that you can be ambitious and still be grateful. You can want more for your future without hating your life right now. And being a work in progress doesn’t mean you’re incomplete.

Thank you for listening and supporting The Self Project Podcast.

Please reach out with feedback/advice if anything particular resonated with you!

  • Consuming Beyond Awareness
    2026/09/07

This is the first official episode of The Self Project!

In this episode, I explore the idea of consuming beyond awareness which are the things we take in every single day without necessarily realizing how much they may be influencing the way we think, feel, and live.

Consumption goes far beyond what we eat, buy, watch, or listen to. It’s also the people we surround ourselves with, the environments we spend our time in, the music we hear, the food we fuel ourselves with, and the endless amount of information we consume through our phones.

I talk about the conscious vs. subconscious mind, emotional contagion, the energy we absorb from other people, how music can shift our emotions, the impact of our environments , and my own very imperfect relationship with my phone.

The question behind this episode is simple:

What are we consuming without realizing how much it’s affecting us?

This episode is about becoming more self-aware, noticing what gives you energy, what drains you, what makes you feel like yourself, and what doesn’t.

Thank you so, so much for listening and for all of the support on The Self Project so far. This is only the beginning, and I genuinely appreciate every person who is here for it.

I want you to be part of the conversation too. Send me your questions, topics you’d like me to talk about, things you’re questioning in your own life, or even just your thoughts on the episode. I’d love to eventually bring some of them into a future episode or Q&A.

  • Intro episode
    2026/09/02

Welcome to the beginning of The Self Project.

In this first episode, I’m introducing the idea behind the podcast, why I decided to start it, and what I hope this project becomes.

I don’t have life figured out, and this isn’t a podcast about pretending that I do.

Instead, I want this to be a place where we question the way we live, think, and understand the world around us by exploring different perspectives, challenging our own assumptions, learning from other people, and becoming better at asking questions.

There’s a lot I don’t know yet and I think that’s exactly what makes this worth exploring.

    Welcome to The Self Project.
