Have you ever heard of a Self Love Toolkit? I know I hadn't until fairly recently. The idea blew me away when I came across it a few months ago as it's so simple, yet so effective, and something I really believe we should all implement in to our lives. What is it? It's basically a mental toolkit (or a physical one) of things that you use and do, to pick yourself up when you're struggling, or just when you need some "you time". Make a list, fill your toolkit full of things that soothes your soul, and watch your stresses melt away!
