Jennifer and Mike recently completed the Divide 200 where they ran the event separately but finished it together. This a great conversation where we talk about their evolution from hikers to runners. They haven’t been running for very long but they have already accomplished some big things. We discus it all on this podcast.

Alethea Greyeyes is from the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation of Treaty 6 and now lives in Saskatoon. She and I sit down and chat about her running journey, her community projects and her recent battle with breast cancer. I was so impressed with Alethea’s selflessness in this episode and with her love of her fellow humans and her dedication to making her community a better place.

In classic Canadian fashion Megan Wotherspoon has completed her hat trick on the podcast! She’s back to recap her epic adventure running from Stony Rapids in the far north of Saskatchewan all the way to the Saskatchewan / Montana border near Grasslands National Park in the south. She really opens up about both the highs and lows of the journey in this intimate recap of the run. If you want to know more about Megan or this journey feel free to go into the back catalogue and have a listen to her previous two episodes.

Finally! One of the most requested guests is on the show. This is a great interview as Celeste has been running for years and has many great stories. From playing basketball and competing in cross country at Medicine Hat College to her recent experience at the Canadian Death Race we cover it all. She is such a humble and wonderful human being so I know you will enjoy this episode.
