Nicole is one of the clearest faces of Latex & Pain. She appears in many of the videos and brings a presence that is immediately recognisable — strong, controlled, expressive, and impossible to overlook. She does not simply stand in front of the camera. She shapes the emotional tone of what the viewer feels.

But her role reaches much further than performance. Nicole is deeply connected to the models and to the wider community around the project. She communicates, builds trust, keeps contact alive, and helps create the atmosphere in which people feel able to step into something unfamiliar. She is central to outreach, communication, promotion, and marketing, but always in a way that feels direct and human rather than mechanical. She helps make Latex & Pain visible, but also approachable.

UdoFounder & Operations

Udo is where Latex & Pain begins in physical form. As founder, he is the one who turned an idea into a place, a system, and an environment people could actually enter. He is not only part of many productions himself, but also the one who builds the spaces they happen in. Sets, structures, surfaces, rooms, details, transitions — he makes the world tangible.

His creative work is not abstract. It is built by hand. He transforms locations, creates visual tension through architecture and atmosphere, and gives Latex & Pain much of its unmistakable physical identity. The roughness, the industrial depth, the feeling that a place has history before the camera even enters it — all of that is deeply connected to his work.

OlafProducer & Director

Olaf is the one who gives the material form as a story. He films, directs, shapes the scenes, and develops many of the ideas that become the actual content. He does not just document what happens. He thinks about rhythm, tension, narrative direction, visual structure, and how a scene should unfold emotionally as well as technically.

He is also responsible for much of the technical side of the production: camera work, recording setup, production flow, and the details that make a scene hold together. Beyond that, he manages the website, administration, and finances. In many ways, he is both the director behind the lens and the person making sure the entire machine keeps moving.

The Sanctuary Episode 179: Senny Rolls - R&B Singer/Songwriter

The Sanctuary Episode 177: Milanda - Breaking Generational Patterns

Milanda is a content creator, affiliate marketer and online business owner. She built a brand around breaking generational patterns and choosing freedom over approval. Milanda left a decade of hospitality work and three jobs at once to build a high-ticket affiliate marketing business from scratch, restarting her life at 23 against her family’s wishes. She walked away from the stability everyone expected of her to build with no support and a lot of doubt thrown her way.

She’s not interested in being “just another content creator.” Milanda’s goal is to be a purpose-led guide and a voice for first-generation kids who feel like they’re living a life designed by their parents instead of one they chose. Speaking openly about the struggles most people are too afraid to say out loud and showing that it’s possible to build wealth and freedom without a traditional career path.

Her content blends raw personal storytelling with the mindset and money lessons she’s learned building a business from nothing, with one goal: retire before 30 and prove that freedom is possible without the traditional path.

Experienced BDSM educator John Pendal joins us all the way from England, UK.

In 2003, John became the 25th person to win the annual International Mr Leather contest in Chicago. Since then he has travelled around the world leading workshops, giving speeches, hosting events and performing kinky stand-up comedy.

He learned his chops as a teenager touring the world with blues legend King Biscuit Boy and then founded the legendary Canadian rock band Moxy. Sharing the stage with legends AC-DC, Boston, and Black Sabbath, Earl is steeped in the blues with a “take no prisoners” style of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Earl expands on these roots, and delivers this new music with authority.

On Drums and percussion is Hamilton native Dave Davidson. His time behind the kit spans a 40+ year career delivering the foundation of Rock, Blues, Motown and Funk both locally and abroad. He has travelled the world with the Keltic Rock band “The American Rogues”, and continues to share his expertise in TRIBZ!

On Fretless Bass is Six Nations Mohawk tribe member Donny Hill. Recorded and toured with Juno winner Murray Porter, he played the very first Rez Blues show, and has shared the stage with Big Sugar, Blue Rodeo, and the cast of “RUMBLE. Indians who rocked the world”. His early influences of Texas Blues and Southern Rock are ties that help bind together the new and diverse music that is TRIBZ.
