  • Episode 20 Values: When You Know What Matters
    2026/02/01

In this episode, I explore values as a personal compass — how knowing what truly matters to you brings clarity, calm, and confidence to the way you show up in life.

We talk about why many of us have never clearly named our values, how they shape our relationships and work, and what changes once you’re living in alignment with them.

  • Episode 19 When Something Has to Give
    2026/01/25

In this episode, I reflect on sacrifice — not as something heroic or dramatic, but as the quiet, everyday choices that shape who we’re becoming.

I talk about how sacrifice often shows up as discomfort: saying not now, letting go of old stories, choosing stability over instant relief, and reclaiming agency instead of waiting for something outside of us to change. Sometimes our struggle isn’t about loss — it’s about what we refuse to lay down.

If you’ve been feeling the tension between comfort and growth, this episode offers a gentle nudge toward honest reflection and intentional choice.

And if this conversation opens something up for you and you want support navigating what comes next, you can book a discovery call with me. I’ve also created a Facebook page for The Sage and the Seeker Podcast where we can keep the conversation going — you’re welcome there.

  • Episode 18 The Ache of an Empathetic Heart
    2026/01/18

In this episode, I talk about the quiet ache so many empathetic people are feeling right now — that constant background buzzing of worry, frustration, and concern for the world around us.

Sometimes that unsettled feeling isn’t anxiety. It’s awareness. It’s your nervous system responding to uncertainty, injustice, and instability without a clear place to put it.

I explore why trying to silence that inner alarm doesn’t work — and why the real invitation is to locate it instead. To see it as a signal pointing toward what you care about, what feels threatened, and how you want to show up.

This conversation is a reminder that compassion doesn’t make you fragile. It makes you human. And even in heavy seasons, we can choose to move with empathy, integrity, and kindness — in small, everyday ways that still matter.

If you’ve been feeling tender, tired, or overwhelmed, this episode is for you.

If this spoke to your heart, I’d love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who might need the reminder that they’re not alone.

  • Episode 16 When “I’m Fine” Isn’t Fine (The Strength That Makes Us Lonely)
    2026/01/13

In this episode, I talk about something I’ve been noticing in myself and in the world around me — how we’ve gotten very good at carrying a lot and calling it normal.

We say “I’m fine” when we’re actually tired. We call ourselves strong when we’re really just used to doing everything alone. We adapt to being busy, self-contained, and over-responsible… and then wonder why we feel a little disconnected, a little lonely, or a little worn down inside our own lives.

This isn’t about blaming anyone or fixing anything. It’s about noticing the patterns we’ve been living inside, understanding what they’ve given us and what they’ve quietly cost us, and learning how to relate to ourselves with a little more clarity and kindness.

My hope is that this episode helps you feel less alone in what you’re carrying — and a little more willing to listen to what your inner self has been trying to tell you all along.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear what you notice in yourself too. Send me a message on FB, IG or email at mo.stemen@arcanacoaching.com.

  • Episode 17 Discipline as Devotion
    2026/01/11

In this episode, I’m talking about discipline — not as punishment or pressure, but as devotion. As one of the most honest ways we practice loving ourselves.

I share why discipline isn’t about being rigid or perfect, but about choosing yourself in small, quiet ways, again and again. The choices no one applauds. The ones that don’t feel dramatic. The ones that slowly build trust with yourself.

This is an invitation for anyone who’s ever felt like, “I can’t do this alone,” or like discipline feels too rigid or heavy. It’s a softer way of thinking about consistency — one rooted in care, not control — and in learning to move in ways that actually feel aligned with who you’re becoming.

If you’ve ever felt capable of more, but unsure how to live into that version of yourself without burning out or being hard on yourself, I made this episode for you.

  • Episode 15 The Ghost of Life Future -The Life Your Choices Are Building
    2025/12/28

In this episode of The Sage and the Seeker, I explore The Ghost of Life Future — not as something distant, dramatic, or intimidating, but as the life that’s being quietly shaped by the choices we make today.

This isn’t about five-year plans or massive transformations. It’s about the small moments: the pauses, the patterns, the tiny acts of courage, care, and presence that slowly become the life we wake up inside tomorrow.

I reflect on how momentum is built, how patterns form, and how our future self isn’t a stranger waiting for us “someday” — but a partner walking alongside us now, living in the direction we’re already choosing.

This episode is an invitation to soften into intention, to notice what you reach for when you’re tired or overwhelmed, and to remember that showing up imperfectly still counts.

My hope is that you’ll leave with a gentler relationship to time, to yourself, and to the future you’re becoming — one small, meaningful choice at a time.

✨ If this resonated, I’d love to hear from you. You can connect with me or explore a guided meditation to deepen this practice at arcanacoaching.com.

  • Episode 14 The Ghost of Life Present - The One in the Mirror
    2025/12/21

In this episode, Mo invites you into the present moment — the only place life is actually happening. Not the replay of what’s already done. Not the rehearsal of what might come next. Just now.

We explore why the present can feel uncomfortable, why we often avoid it, and how emotions — even the uneasy ones — are not problems to fix, but information worth listening to. Mo gently reframes anxiety, restlessness, and emotional intensity as signals of awareness, movement, and readiness rather than something “wrong.”

At the heart of this episode is a quiet mirror moment — a pause to really see yourself as you are today. No affirmations. No fixing. Just presence. Staying instead of looking away.

This isn’t about productivity, transformation, or answers.
It’s about honoring the version of you who is here — right now — and recognizing that for this moment, that is enough.

  • Episode 13 The Ghosts of Life Past
    2025/12/14

In this episode, we’re calling out that familiar visitor who loves to slide in right when the world finally gets quiet — the Ghost of Life Past. You know the one: the 2 a.m. “Hey girl… remember that thing from 12 years ago? Let’s unpack it now.”

    Yeah. That ghost.

Instead of running from those late-night pop-ups — the old stories, the unfinished business, the emotions we keep stuffing into mental storage closets — we’re shining a little light on them. I break down why these moments hit us at night (spoiler: it’s the only time your brain isn’t booked solid), how to separate the mind’s chaos from the heart’s truth, and how to meet these inner visitors with curiosity instead of panic.

This episode is your gentle nudge to stop fearing the ghosts and start understanding what they’re trying to tell you. Because sometimes the past isn’t haunting you…it’s tapping you on the shoulder asking to be healed.

If this episode hit home, take one small step toward your own healing today — journal it, breathe through it, or simply acknowledge the ghost that showed up. Your clarity starts with noticing.

And if you’re ready for deeper guidance, coaching, or community, visit ArcanaCoaching.com for more support, tools, and ways to work with me.

Let’s keep growing through what we’re going through — together.
