The Sacred Momentum is where women come to remember their power, recalibrate their nervous system, and rise into the feminine energy that transforms everything — their relationships, their business, their self-trust, and the way God moves through them.

Hosted by Aubrey Bahr — intuitive coach, somatic healer, subconscious release practitioner, energy worker, and feminine-flow guide — this podcast is a sanctuary for the woman who’s done shrinking, over-functioning, and earning her worth through exhaustion.

Here, we don’t chase momentum.
We become it.

Each episode is a blend of soul-deep wisdom, nervous system regulation, intuitive strategies, and grounded feminine leadership that restores your clarity, awakens your desire, and reminds your body what “home” feels like.

Inside these conversations, you’ll learn how to:

🌙 Activate your feminine energy in relationships and feel held, supported, and chosen
🌙 Build a business through intuition, magnetism, and emotional regulation
🌙 Break old survival patterns using subconscious release + somatic tools
🌙 Reconnect to God, your intuition, and the sacred signals of your body
🌙 Heal relational wounds and create intimacy without losing yourself
🌙 Lead your life from softness, power, and embodied truth
🌙 Step into luxury — not the aesthetic, but the frequency

This isn’t self-help. This is sacred reclamation.
A remembering.
A rising.
A recalibrating of the woman you were always meant to be.

If you’re ready to melt out of the hustle, reconnect with your feminine edge, and create a life that feels aligned, holy, deeply supported, and wildly magnetic…

You’re in the right place.
Let’s step into your sacred momentum.

  • I asked AI to psychoanalyze me: How to spot when Self-Awareness, Overthinking & Coping Mechanisms become armor (228)
    2026/10/06
What if the traits you are most proud of are also the ones protecting you from the feelings you do not want to feel? In this episode of The Sacred Momentum, Aubrey gets deeply honest about a recent self-reflection exercise that uncovered some uncomfortable blind spots—especially around intensity, competence, overthinking, and the need to understand everything before feeling safe. One of the biggest realizations? Aubrey does not usually respond to vulnerability by falling apart. She becomes more capable. She researches. She asks questions. She makes a plan. She looks for the missing piece. She tries to understand the entire situation. And while that can look productive and self-aware, sometimes it is really a nervous system strategy designed to avoid helplessness, disappointment, uncertainty, or fear. This episode explores the difference between true self-awareness and simply becoming very good at explaining your own coping mechanisms. Aubrey also shares the blind spot that surprised her most: realizing that she may come across as far more intense than she feels internally. What feels like curiosity, passion, engagement, or wanting to understand may sometimes land as pressure, urgency, or interrogation to the people around us. The deeper question becomes: Are we aware of our intentions—or are we willing to look at our impact too? Aubrey also shares a real-world moment that happened almost immediately after this insight. Instead of defaulting to research, problem-solving, or trying to understand disappointing news, she allowed herself to simply feel sad. She played sad music. She cried in the shower. She let the disappointment exist. And only after the feeling had been given space did she intentionally shift into gratitude and perspective. Not as avoidance. Not as toxic positivity. But as a conscious next step after the sadness had been felt. In this episode, Aubrey talks about: • Why blind spots are often hidden inside our greatest strengths • The difference between being capable and using competence to avoid vulnerability • How overthinking can become a nervous system regulation strategy • Why some people respond to fear by becoming productive instead of emotional • How self-awareness can become another form of control • The difference between understanding a feeling and actually feeling it • Why urgency is often a clue that we are seeking safety rather than information • How intention and impact can be completely different • What it looks like when curiosity becomes intensity • Why gratitude can become emotional bypassing when we use it too quickly • How to recognize when a strength has turned into armor • Why healing is not about removing our personality—but creating more choice inside our patterns REFLECTION PROMPTS You do not need to answer all of these at once. Notice which one makes you slightly uncomfortable. That is probably the one worth sitting with. What quality do I get praised for that might also function as protection? What do I immediately do when I feel powerless, uncertain, rejected, disappointed, or afraid? What do I repeatedly try to understand instead of simply feel? What feedback about myself do I resist because it does not match the way I see myself? How do I think I come across when I am stressed—and how might other people actually experience me? What do I become more of when I am dysregulated? More controlling? More helpful? More withdrawn? More productive? More critical? More intense? More funny? More independent? What do I ask for indirectly that I could ask for directly? What feeling am I trying to avoid when I start researching, fixing, planning, caretaking, scrolling, working, joking, or over-explaining? Am I looking for clarity—or am I looking for immediate relief from uncertainty? Where do I confuse understanding my emotions with processing them? What would happen if I stopped trying to solve the feeling and allowed it to exist for a few minutes? What if this thing I keep trying to fix is not asking to be fixed? What if it is asking to be felt? The goal is not to get rid of the traits that have helped you survive, succeed, lead, parent, build, or create. The goal is to recognize when those strengths stop being tools and start becoming armor. Healing is not becoming less capable. It is becoming capable enough to know when you no longer need to protect yourself from your own feelings. If this episode resonates, share it with someone who is incredibly self-aware, wildly capable, and maybe just a tiny bit exhausted from trying to understand everything. • When your body reacts before your mind understands: Nervous System triggers & emotional safety (227)
    2026/09/23

Have you ever had an emotional reaction that felt completely out of proportion to what was happening? One minute you're fine, and the next you're angry, overwhelmed, shutting down, or snapping at someone you love—and you have absolutely no idea why.

Sometimes your nervous system gets triggered before your conscious mind understands what's happening.

In this deeply personal episode of The Sacred Momentum, Aubrey Bahr shares how a tragic experience unexpectedly activated an old abandonment wound, leaving her emotionally overwhelmed, physically exhausted, and experiencing a migraine. Despite years of experience in somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing, she didn't immediately recognize what was happening inside her.

It wasn't until her husband offered reassurance and emotional safety that she began to understand the deeper fear beneath her reaction.

We're exploring nervous system dysregulation, subconscious emotional triggers, abandonment wounds, and the powerful role of emotional safety in relationships. You'll learn why seemingly small situations can provoke intense emotional responses, how past experiences can influence your body's stress response, and why even people who have done extensive healing work can still experience unexpected triggers.

We'll also explore co-regulation—how feeling emotionally safe with a supportive partner can help you process difficult emotions, recognize old patterns, and reconnect with yourself without shame.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why your nervous system can react before you consciously recognize an emotional trigger.

    • How past abandonment experiences can influence present-day emotional responses.

    • The connection between emotional overwhelm, stress, anger, and physical symptoms.

    • Why nervous system regulation doesn't mean you'll never experience dysregulation again.

    • How emotional safety, secure relationships, and co-regulation can support healing.

    • How to recognize when your reaction is about something deeper than the situation in front of you.

    • Why healing isn't about emotional perfection—it's about building the capacity to experience difficult feelings and return to connection.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, emotional triggers, relationship challenges, old abandonment wounds, or your own nervous system healing journey, this episode is a reminder that you don't always have to understand your emotions immediately—or process them entirely on your own.

Sometimes healing begins when you finally feel safe enough to feel.

Join Aubrey for an honest conversation about somatic healing, subconscious emotional patterns, nervous system regulation, and what becomes possible when we experience genuine emotional safety in our relationships.

  • Your sensitivity ins't the problem- Somatic tools for Empaths & Highly Sensitive People (226)
    2026/09/02

What happens when your body feels something before your mind understands it?

In this episode of The Sacred Momentum, Aubrey shares a powerful experience of becoming suddenly nauseated before a client session—only to realize that her body was already responding to what her client was carrying. For empaths and highly sensitive people (HSPs), experiences like this can feel confusing, overwhelming, and even physically exhausting.

We explore the connection between empathy, high sensitivity, intuition, nervous-system activation, and somatic awareness. You’ll learn why sensitivity is not a weakness, how your body may recognize emotional cues before your conscious mind does, and why strong emotional boundaries are essential for anyone who naturally feels other people deeply.

Aubrey also explains how somatic healing and body-based practices can help move emotional energy, release physical tension, and process feelings that may feel stuck in the body. You’ll be guided through simple tools to identify a sensation without immediately creating a story around it, discern what may or may not belong to you, and reconnect with your own body after an emotionally intense interaction.

You don’t need to become less sensitive. You need to become more anchored.

    In this episode:

    • Signs of empath overload and emotional absorption • The traits of highly sensitive people • Intuition versus nervous-system activation • Somatic healing for stored emotions and stress • Emotional and energetic boundaries • How to care without carrying • Simple grounding and emotional-release exercises

If you’ve ever wondered, “Is this feeling even mine?”—this episode is for you.
