The Sacred Momentum is where women come to remember their power, recalibrate their nervous system, and rise into the feminine energy that transforms everything — their relationships, their business, their self-trust, and the way God moves through them.

Hosted by Aubrey Bahr — intuitive coach, somatic healer, subconscious release practitioner, energy worker, and feminine-flow guide — this podcast is a sanctuary for the woman who’s done shrinking, over-functioning, and earning her worth through exhaustion.

Here, we don’t chase momentum.
We become it.

Each episode is a blend of soul-deep wisdom, nervous system regulation, intuitive strategies, and grounded feminine leadership that restores your clarity, awakens your desire, and reminds your body what “home” feels like.

Inside these conversations, you’ll learn how to:

🌙 Activate your feminine energy in relationships and feel held, supported, and chosen
🌙 Build a business through intuition, magnetism, and emotional regulation
🌙 Break old survival patterns using subconscious release + somatic tools
🌙 Reconnect to God, your intuition, and the sacred signals of your body
🌙 Heal relational wounds and create intimacy without losing yourself
🌙 Lead your life from softness, power, and embodied truth
🌙 Step into luxury — not the aesthetic, but the frequency

This isn’t self-help. This is sacred reclamation.
A remembering.
A rising.
A recalibrating of the woman you were always meant to be.

If you’re ready to melt out of the hustle, reconnect with your feminine edge, and create a life that feels aligned, holy, deeply supported, and wildly magnetic…

You’re in the right place.
Let’s step into your sacred momentum.

  • Your sensitivity ins't the problem- Somatic tools for Empaths & HSP (226)
    2026/09/02

What happens when your body feels something before your mind understands it?

In this episode of The Sacred Momentum, Aubrey shares a powerful experience of becoming suddenly nauseated before a client session—only to realize that her body was already responding to what her client was carrying. For empaths and highly sensitive people (HSPs), experiences like this can feel confusing, overwhelming, and even physically exhausting.

We explore the connection between empathy, high sensitivity, intuition, nervous-system activation, and somatic awareness. You’ll learn why sensitivity is not a weakness, how your body may recognize emotional cues before your conscious mind does, and why strong emotional boundaries are essential for anyone who naturally feels other people deeply.

Aubrey also explains how somatic healing and body-based practices can help move emotional energy, release physical tension, and process feelings that may feel stuck in the body. You’ll be guided through simple tools to identify a sensation without immediately creating a story around it, discern what may or may not belong to you, and reconnect with your own body after an emotionally intense interaction.

You don’t need to become less sensitive. You need to become more anchored.

    In this episode:

    • Signs of empath overload and emotional absorption • The traits of highly sensitive people • Intuition versus nervous-system activation • Somatic healing for stored emotions and stress • Emotional and energetic boundaries • How to care without carrying • Simple grounding and emotional-release exercises

If you’ve ever wondered, “Is this feeling even mine?”—this episode is for you.

  • Spiritual Warfare in Eclipse Season: 7 ways to protect yourself today (225)
    2026/08/25

Eclipse season 2026 is bringing intense energy, emotional sensitivity, spiritual awakenings—and for many people, a heightened sense of spiritual warfare. With the August 12 solar eclipse in Leo followed by the August 27–28 lunar eclipse in Pisces, this eclipse portal may be revealing where your energy is leaking, your boundaries are weakening, or fear and collective trauma are taking up too much space within you.

In this episode, Aubrey explores spiritual protection through the lens of astrology, nervous-system regulation, energetic boundaries, prayer, and grounded discernment. As a Christian, Aubrey shares how she arms herself with prayer and centers God in her spiritual-protection practices while welcoming listeners of every faith, religion, and spiritual belief.

You’ll learn how to recognize possible spiritual attacks without confusing every anxious thought or difficult emotion with spiritual warfare, how to protect your energy during eclipse season, and why constant exposure to disturbing news, social media conflict, and collective fear can begin seeping into your emotional and spiritual world. Aubrey also shares why she stepped away from coverage of the Lindsay Clancy trial after realizing it was affecting her anxiety and nervous system.

    Inside this episode:

    • What the solar eclipse in Leo and lunar eclipse in Pisces may be activating • Signs that fear, fixation, or collective energy is disrupting your peace • How to spiritually protect yourself through prayer and sacred practices • The difference between spiritual discernment and anxiety • How to create stronger energetic and emotional boundaries • Why protecting your nervous system is also a spiritual practice • A simple daily spiritual-protection routine for eclipse season

You are allowed to stay informed without absorbing everything. You are allowed to care without carrying the entire world. Sensitivity is a gift—but access to your spirit is not automatic.

  • Is it Intuition or is your Nervous System trying to protect you? How to know the difference (224)
    2026/08/18

And this is where some of the sayings we repeat—especially among women—can become really misleading.

We hear things like, “A woman’s intuition is never wrong.”

    “Trust your gut.”

    “Your body never lies.”

    “Energy doesn’t lie.”

“If you’re confused, that’s your answer.”

    “No response is a response.”

“If it feels off, it is off.”

And my personal favorite: “If he wanted to, he would.”

These sayings are popular because they contain a little piece of truth. But a little piece of truth can become dangerous when we treat it like the whole truth.

Your body may not be lying—but that does not mean you are interpreting its message correctly.

Your body may be accurately saying, “This feels familiar.” But familiar does not automatically mean dangerous.

Your stomach may tighten because someone is dishonest. It may also tighten because someone is emotionally available, and real intimacy feels terrifying when you are accustomed to chasing unavailable people.

You may feel confused because someone is manipulating you. Or you may feel confused because the situation is complex, you do not have enough information yet, and your nervous system is demanding an immediate answer.

Someone’s energy may have changed. That does not automatically mean they are angry with you, betraying you, rejecting you, or secretly planning their escape. You may have correctly noticed the change while completely misinterpreting what caused it.

And “if he wanted to, he would” sounds empowering until we remember that human beings are complicated. People can want something and still be scared. They can care and communicate poorly. They can love you and still lack the capacity to give you what you need.

Now, their reasons do not obligate you to stay. Your needs still matter. But there is a difference between saying, “This relationship does not meet my needs,” and declaring, “My intuition tells me he never cared.”

One is a boundary rooted in your present reality. The other may be a painful story created to give you certainty.

Even “no response is a response” needs nuance. Silence gives you information, absolutely. But it does not give you the authority to invent the other person’s thoughts, feelings, motives, and entire psychological profile.

We have to stop treating interpretation as intuition.

The sensation may be real. The shift may be real. The discomfort may be real. But the story we attach to it still needs discernment.

So yes, trust your gut—but question the story your wounds immediately build around what your gut noticed.
