None of us were put on this planet to be a watered down version of ourselves. In a world where it can seem that people are anti-human and wanting to become cyborg transhumans, this podcast is here to let you know that it's perfectly ok to be a cool, fun-loving, caring and kind HUMAN! My desire, through the art of storytelling and story listening, is to share a captivating narrative that traverses everything it means to be human. • RHP#183. Gareth Martin - Monologue - Restoring Your Youthfulness
    2025/11/28

Getting Old Squeezes the Life Out of You

A pervasive theme of getting old is losing that spark, that life force, that engaging energy that used to make you shine.

The older we get the more our confidence diminishes and our "mojo" from youthful days is squeezed out of us and exacerbated by responsibilities of bills, dependants and everything that comes with aging.

But maybe, if we remind ourselves what we miss, we can search for that person and bring them back to life again!

  • RHP#182. Gareth Martin - Monologue - Health's Silent Killers: Toxins and Stress
    2025/10/17

Chris Williamson, recently posted a video about his health struggles over the last year or so.

Weaknesses are a tough thing for any man to admit. I really commend Chris for sharing his health challenges because it gets people talking and thinking about their own health too.

I wanted to share my thoughts, on some of the issues discussed, and also why I think taking care of your physical body is the most important thing you can do.

As the saying goes, "You can have a million worries, until your health is in jeopardy, and then you only have one worry"

You owe it to yourself and others, to be the healthiest you possibly can.
