Gwen and Kate go from the AI apocalypse and fear of global annihilation, to remembering that the simple life is what brings us joy.
Gwen shares the pleasures of solo camping. No screens, no music... and by the end of the trip not even any lights. But the joys of being present and solo FELT GOOD. Doing what you want, when you want and not having to take anyone else's needs into consideration. Heaven!
Kate tells us about an inspiring book launch that she went to, for the latest release by journalist Anthea Lawson, called 'How not to save the world'. In Anthea's own words, the book is for "long-standing activists and new ones, and all of the people who are worried about the state of the world and wondering where to start. It explores ways to work together for what matters, without alienating the people we need to convince".
If this sounds right up your street, then you can find out more here: How Not To Save The World.
