    There was a time when I felt stuck in a cycle of starting over, making promises to myself, and struggling to follow through. What changed everything was not a strict routine or intense workout plan, but a quiet decision to begin walking. No pressure, no expectations, just one step at a time.

    Walking became more than movement. It supported my weight loss, helped lower my blood sugar when I was prediabetic, eased my anxiety, and gave me space to think clearly again. Most importantly, it helped me rebuild trust in myself.

    In this episode, I talk about how I gently built walking into my daily routine, how it became something I look forward to, and how it can support both your physical and emotional well-being in a way that feels sustainable.
