このコンテンツについて
In this episode of we dive into Intersectionality, an important idea in modern culture. Coined by Dr Kimberley Crenshaw in 1989, it has grown in to prominence in the last 20 years. We discuss the real world implications of taking an intersectional approach towards activism and social issues and give our opinions on Kimberley Crenshaw's famous theories (incl. Critical Race Theory). In segment two, we discuss culture at large and whether it is something we should guard or share openly. Are there situations where we should guard the traditions and knowledge that we treasure? We finish by discussing the current gentrification of our hometowns in 2025.
Next week, we invite our first guest of season 4 👀---------------------Credits: Thumbnail art by Tomi Olopade (@eddieapollo on instagram)---------------------Subscribe to our:
