このコンテンツについて
In this episode of the PhilosHippie Podcast, we explore the concept of flow pioneered by the psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi can be used to help us lead more eudaimonisitc lives. I draw parellels with Aristotle and Taoism in order to help us understand in greater detail how we can embody lives filled with flow and try to provide some practical examples as to how we can go about doing that.
Do you think living a flowful lifestyle can be used as an adequate philosophy as a way of life and alternative secular spirituality? And do you think it can help us live eudaimonistic lives? Let me know in the comments below and anything else you found enlightening in this video!
