このコンテンツについて
In today's episode of The PhilosHippie, we dive into the illustrious topic of awe and wonder and what its most fundamental experience consists of. I argue that goosebumps, chills, or the term frisson, is the biological marker for when our soul feels most alive and vibrant and what implications lay behind it. Then I bring in some ideas as to how we can go about living a life infused with awe and wonder in our day-to-day routine lives.
Lemme know your most awe filled and wondrous moments in your life and also if you experienced frisson or goosebumps during that experience in the comments below! I would love to hear your personal stories!
